The item I bought did not seem good. The leather was smashed in some parts. It was my wife X mad gift which I had to return at the last moment before Xmas.

Il giudizio è per il trattamento ricevuto dalla direzione, da altri uffici e dal punto vendita di Monte San Giusto.
In data 23 luglio 2023 (domenica) io e la mia famiglia ci rechiamo presso il punto vendita di Monte San Giusto. Poiché di ritorno dalle vacanze in Calabria e diretti in Piemonte dove abitiamo, ci eravamo accertati con conoscenti che il punto vendita fosse aperto di domenica (avevano letto gli orari apposti sul cancello). Allora decidiamo di fare l’autostrada Adriatica e di dormire una notte nelle Marche anziché fare l’autostrada Salerno Reggio Calabria e la A1 in modo tale da essere all’apertura delle ore 15,00 (per inciso: siamo clienti Fabi e Barracuda da anni).
Ore 15,00 tutto chiuso, così come alle 15,30/15,40 ecc. nonostante sul cancello l’orario prevedeva l’apertura domenicale alle ore 15,00.
Nel frattempo diverse auto arrivavano ed aspettavano pazientemente.
Alle ore 16,00 decidiamo di ripartire poiché avevamo ancora 700 km di strada per tornare a casa.
Tutto ciò mi ha fatto letteralmente rimanere di sasso, ma quello che mi ha fatto infuriare letteralmente è stata la mancanza di rispetto della Società Fabi in quanto a mie diverse mail non si sono degnati di alcuna risposta.
Ho telefonato al Punto Vendita e lì mi hanno detto che la domenica sono chiusi nonostante fosse segnalata l’apertura sulla recinzione.
Questa purtroppo è la serietà che ho riscontrato e la mancanza di rispetto per i clienti. Non basta produrre prodotti di qualità per essere “grandi persone”.

When you pay almost 500$ for shoes
When you pay almost 500$ for shoes, you expect certain quality of product and customer service. My right boot is obviously defective if it’s rubbing pretty bad. Your customer’s service solution was “not satisfied, return it”. They didn’t ask for pics, no return label offered, no exchange. That’s very poor customer care service. Won’t be coming back to purchase anything from you. P
