Thank you for all your help

During their website update I’d purchased out of date designs. I was immediately contacted and asked if I would like the new design of the product (I think they’re just a bit shinier to be honest, that’s their only difference) or if I would like a refund. Due to it being a gift I didn’t really have a clue what to do, but I found the customer service to be knowledgable about their products and very friendly. My new order was quickly sent out, though the packaging could of been a little better, someone got a little overeager with the packing tape. I would definitely order from them again and have already recommended them to others.

Would highly recommend

I have placed a few orders with Fabled Fandoms now and I have found my experience to be absolutely faultless. Their communication is particularly good normally responding within the hour to any queries I had on FB messenger. Will be ordering from again in the future.
