We ordered 2x marble side tables and we're very disappointed with our experience.

We first ordered this in Sep25 and waited 3 months for this table, only for it to arrive damaged in transit, in multiple broken pieces. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was a one-off issue.

However, the replacement has now arrived (6 months after our initial order) in exactly the same condition, again broken and clearly damaged during delivery.

At this point, it’s difficult to see this as bad luck. There are obvious issues with either packaging or handling in transit, and nothing appears to have been improved between deliveries.

After two failed deliveries and half a year of waiting, this has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

We are awaiting a resolution.

The product quality is amazing, delivery was smooth for a big item and the prices were amazing, would definitely buy here again!

The rug arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. The material quality is excellent, especially for the price. I am really pleased with this purchase from Fableroom. +5 stars for you guys !

Fabulous pleased with product and colours

From the initial enquiry FableRoom were helpful, informative and courteous in advising me about a rug. The purchase was easy to make, and the rug itself is extremely well made and most impressive. Its design and texture are quite delightful. I had been trying to find one that will sit easily, and without rucking, on top of a fitted carpet. Having bought, and then returned four others, I was anticipating the same results from this one. It has only been down in the room for less than 24 hours and at the moment, apart from the effects of its rolled-up arrival, it seems to be sitting well. I intend to give it the required period to establish itself before I decide whether to keep it under their returns policy. So far I am extremely optimistic. The sales staff especially Nishant have been outstanding in their assistance. My only reservation is the poor delivery service. They engage a courier who I was informed had lost the order by not being able to find the rug in their warehouse? Another one was dispatched and so making me wait a week later than expected. When it did arrive I was sent a message that it would be with me between 3 and 6 pm. It did not get to me until 8pm, and then I had to wait for countless photographs to be taken (including one of my front door!), and a signature given all in the cold night air. It ruined my evening.

The rug I ordered is really gorgeous. I am thrilled with it.

Bought a pouffee originally priced just over £250, albeit reduced to just over £53. Was excited to receive it, albeit, quality is poor, something you good purchase from a cheap shop like B&M bargains for £25 or less, absolutely shocking quality, rolls about.... originally over £250 ..... really ? AVOID ! SCAM SITE!!!!!!

I am thrilled with my Fableroom rug. I was a little apprehensive about ordering from a website without being able to see the colours in person and I checked the returns procedure just in case and was prepared that I might have to send it back. The colours and quality are just as I’d hoped. I went for the Seraphina 200 x 290. It looks lovely in my lounge, with two 3 seater sofas in an L shape around it. It was quick to deliver (in stock on the website) The communication about delivery was excellent. I had a phone call to say they were on route. It came really well packaged, an outer thick plastic. Then an inner protective layer with cardboard protecting each end. Needless to say I won’t be requiring to send it back and am very pleased.😁

Never heard of fable room before but seen some quality furniture and decided to have a go as I normally prefer to see the items in the flesh. But the descriptions and pictures were excellent with sizing really helping with visualising.
The item took a couple of months as I bought it December time, it was February and was worried it wasn't coming so I emailed with a swift response they told me the estimated delivery date and everything went to plan. Very happy with my chair and will definitely use fableroom in the future.

I bought a rug on pre-order so received it a month after ordering - delighted with the natural materials and unique design of the piece. Delivery company also communicated well and we received the order with no problems.

Excellent product and service.

I bought an Alder bedside table as my second purchase from FableRoom. Communications from the company were great, with regards to delivery dates etc, and the delivery guys phone ahead to give you the heads-up as to when they will be arriving.

The unit arrived very well packaged, and was reassuringly heavy. Its a beautiful piece, very well made.

I might be coming back for the matching chest of drawers in the near future!

Love the quality of the console table for my hallway .
The only complaint would be the colour of the wood it isn’t as light as in the picture.
