Order never received

I would not give any stars if possible. I placed an order and never received it. I contacted them and was told it was due to tariffs. It's now been 7 months and I still don't have anything. I believe I checked where the items were coming from before ordering and everything indicated USA. This is a scam. BEWARE!

These acrylic ornaments sparkle beautifully on my tree, and paired perfectly with lush cedar garland—really jazzed up my decor vibe, creating impressive holiday ambiance.

I recently purchased the topiary bunny for $53 it took over 37 days to get here. Once it got here nothing matched up, the sizing was half of what was stated. I had to buy zip ties to even get it to stay together. The inside attachments did not match up the bar was bent. The steak was way too big in diameter to fit into anything, customer service was terrible. They offered me five dollars in compensation to just keep it. It is useless. I even sent pictures to them showing them all the problems.

Shipping took around two weeks but arrived in good condition. Pricing felt fair overall. Quality was decent—not overly impressive—but looked quite nice when hung. Would suggest sturdier packaging to better secure delicate components for smoother delivery.

Saw their advert for a robotic dog on Facebook - looked good so I bought one. What I received was nothing like what was advertised. It was ABSOLUTE RUBBISH and overpriced. It is just a child's toy dog that yaps and moves. Their advert was a gross exaggeration full of false claims and deceitful statements. It's a scam so avoid.

I ordered 3 Realistic Robot puppies for my grandkids for Christmas on 17 Dec 2024. I have not received the delivery and cannot find any detail in my Paypal account for them although I have been charged for them. Stay away, they appear to be scammers.

I tried purchasing an item but it jept rejecting my credit cards. After reading the reviews , im glad. Will never try purchasing from them again

I have now been waiting over a month for a retro console. The order has been lost. No refund has been issued. I received a letter informing me that they would resend the order while they let me know that most of their staff was on vacation. Possible fraud. Keep away if you do not want to get scammed.

Una vera e propria truffa e presa in giro. Fatto ordine il 26 novembre 2024. Mai arrivato. Prima una spedizione dall America poi improvvisamente dalla Cina. Decorazioni che ormai non servono più per Natale. Non accennano a rimborso nonostante la richiesta. Dicono di avere pazienza. Mai più.
AGGIORNAMENTO: 21/01/25: arrivato pacchetto non con la decorazione scelta così come appare ma con la foto della decorazione stessa. ( un pezzo di plastica inutile). Inoltre una delle 2 con ha soggetto scelto errato. Soldi buttati e decisamente non posso che ripetere una truffa vera e proprio con quella che si fanno pagare.

The product pictures online showed really nice 3-D decorations. What I received were cheap 2-D plastic (incomplete) prints that probably don't cost more than 10 cents in production. Even though they promise a 100% no risk money back guarantee, I need to spend even more money to send them back than I paid on the whole order! Which means I'm throwing 50 bucks directly into the bin.

Awful service. They charged me an extra money for no reason. And there is no action to help.

Attenzione sito truffa non spediscono quello che ti mostrano. Sul loro sito quello che mostrano è totalmente un’altra cosa traendo in inganno. Io avevo scelto una palla per albero natalizio e loro ti spediscono la foto della palla.

This is a total scam. I ordered something through Instagram. Although they promised "fast delivery by UPS" l never received it. The shipment had a Spanish Post reference (not UPS). They sent it from UK to Spain, via USA!
They declined all responsibility. Stay away from this scam.
