Xmas ruined by weak / non existent customer care
I ordered my sons Xmas present from this company ten days ago on the 10th of December. In the ten days that have passed I had heard nothing in regards to shipping / tracking and was obviously growing concerned with just a few days of delivery left. Only now I have received my first communication ten days later, the communication being notification of a refund. This refund notification came with zero explanation as to why the order was not honoured, or why it’s taken them ten days to decide they could no longer fulfil the order. I am beyond disappointed by the appalling levels of customer care shown in this situation, and even more saddened by the fact I will now have no way to reorder and have delivered, the one item my son desperately wanted for Xmas.

We are very sorry about this service we were previously working alongside a sister company who had let us down on several orders before Christmas. We can only apologise about this and we can assure you that this will not be happening again as we have now dropped the other company to make all postal orders quicker. We sincerely apologise for the late delivery, however, there has been a nation wide Royal Mail postage strike which has caused extreme delays to delivery times, which is something completely out of our hands. On top of this, it is the busiest time of year and has just been Black Friday, so we would appreciate if you took this into consideration before leaving your 1* review. Purchased a moncler coat & t-shirt. The quality is perfect. I'm quite often sceptical when purchasing expensive clothing online but this time the customer service was Excellent from start to finish. Will certainly by from Fabrics Of Leeds again!
