I can see there are already many good reviews for Henal & Hollie on this site. I’ll just add one more. Both of them are so delightful to work with, there is never too much trouble for them, i feel bad that I have to have them do a lot of extra work to keep changing the paperwork due to the inefficiency of the solicitor I use. A big thanks from me for guiding me through from beginning to exchange

Mike was extremely helpful through out my purchase process , following up everyone involved and making sure everything was in order. Kept me up to date with everything.

I am a solo parent and a first time investor without much spare time. I found Matt and Hollie to be helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Matt was always available, even at weekends, which really helped provide me with the reassurance I needed. Hollie is also super-efficient. They are a great team.

I came across Fabrik Invest through a google search and once I expressed my interest I was contact by Mike C. Since that day in January Mike has been available to answer all my questions and provide me with the assurance I needed. Once we selected and reserved the property Mike introduced me to Hollie and she kept me updated during the completion/exchange process. I had some critical questions with regards to the contracts which Mike and Hollie swiftly took up with the property developers and got my questions answered and contracts amended to suit plus Mike managed to negotiate a token of good will from the developer which just shows the high level of service, which Fabrik and the team operate at. I first contacted Fabrik Invest when I saw an off plan property for sale.
I was introduced to Matt, who booked a zoom meeting. He spent all the time I needed to learn about the properties they had on offer and how the process worked. It was very informative and at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy.

I decided to put an offer on 2 off plan properties and Matt successfully negotiated a deal that was acceptable to myself and the sellers.

From that moment I have been looked after by both Matt and Hollie, and they have been fantastic.
When other professionals have not been quite so quick to respond as one would like, Hollie and Matt have chased things along, sorted out any outstanding queries and have consistently kept me up to date with the progress.

They are knowledgeable, professional, very polite and yet friendly and approachable.
