I would like to say thank you to the Fabrik team, with a special thanks to Daniel Harburn for assisting with my purchase in Preston. Nothing was too much trouble and they was always on hand to help when I needed. Would be happy to recommend them and work with them again in the future.

As an international investor in the UK property market i was fortunate enough to deal with Mr. Shaz Yaqoob, I really gave him a hard time and he was always happy to answer my calls and queries... Weekends, day, night, etc.. Even when the deal wasn't going right he quickly gave me another option and all worked out and he followed up until the end of the deal and ironed out all the creases! Best sales man ever!
