Going above and beyond âŠ
I just wanted to send a quick note to say how impressed I was with the service I received. I really appreciated you taking the time to reply to my email in the eveningâit already showed a high level of care. But what stood out even more was the follow-up call the next day. It made such a difference to be able to talk things through, and everything was sorted so efficiently. Itâs rare to come across that level of personal attention and commitment to helping a customer, and it didnât go unnoticed. Thanks again for going above and beyond-Iâll definitely be recommending your shop.
Best regards,
Christine Carroll
