Product great, fast delivery though coming through customs from the UK to Germany (plus tax...).
Only pity that one of the containers didn't support the shaking through transportation and the powder spilled out and covered everything. But I would have no idea how to really prevent this - other than breaking the seal and putting some upholstery inside. Sh... happens

First Order

My first time using this company, very quick delivery, I had an issue with receiving unsealed mascara, the problem was resolved very quickly and a free collection arranged.
The concealer I also ordered was spot on though and a great price.
Overall a good experience and I would order from them again.

Wrong item received!

I ordered L'OREAL Brow Artist brow pen in brunette.
I was sent Essie nail polish, which I do not want.
I like the L'OREAL Brow Artist pen, but did not receive it.

Sorry for inconvenience due to third party delivery, on which we do not have any control once we dispatch it in time. However when you report it, we issued you full refund and confirmed you on the chat. Hopefully as a seller we did out bit. Taxes are inclusive in price and not charged extra, those only shown there as component, We send via Tracked courier hence it is expensive , but gives you full visibility of parcel.
