Ease of use. Fun shopping with great products that are not mainstream.

I ordered a Christmas present on 11/30/24. Still haven’t received it as of today 1/8/25. I’ve emailed numerous times. They keep blaming it on the carrier. I’ve asked for a refund numerous times but I keep hearing we are investigating. I’m not happy with this company and will NEVER order from them again!

I would like send the item back and get my money back. Will nor order anything from this place again

Everything went well and after I paid the picture was of the original not what I put.
Surely the picture would be of what I ordered.

Way too dark

my son in law loves the ornament for his career.

What you get is not what is advertised. The quality is poor and it isn't an engraved badge o the hats. It's a print. Very frustrating and disappointing 😞 will never order anything from them again.

The ornaments were not as depicted in pictures. I thought they would be more 3 dimensional. Overall, I liked them.

Names are completely wrong ordered as Brian and Sheila and got Bryan and Sara

I paid extra to get the faster shipping and it still won't arrive in time.

We finally received the item, unfortunately I did not realize I was looking at the back of the ornamentment when zi wrote my initial response. My wife showed me the proper side, it looks very good.
Again I apologize for my quick incorrect reaction.

Still have not received any of the items I purchased.

Still haven't received my order and I would have liked it for Christmas delivery.. Customer service has really been no help.. Really disappointed.. Worst company ever!!!

Ordered something on December 5. Have not received it yet and there is no update on when I can expect it. Just hope it gets here soon and is good as I hoped it would be

I ordered a customized figurine from this company and after doing some online research of the company I decided to cancel the order. They have been very unresponsive to my request to cancel the order. Based on this I would recommend not doing any business with them.
