Facebloom

The FaceBloom app was great, so I decided to try the website for more precise information. The website took a bit long to deliver my results (expected delivery time was 3 days but got it in a week), however, I really enjoyed the report as it was thorough and personalized. However, I do think the time listed for manual reports on website is a bit misleading.

Been over 3 weeks now. I reached out and they said I’d have my order (the most expensive one available) within the next few days. That was after 1 week of waiting and it’s been another 2 and a half and I haven’t got anything. I’ve reached out multiple times again and I’ve heard nothing back.

Loved every bit of the analysis. Extremely friendly customer support team too.

Came from @nnotej’s video and didn’t know what to expect, really loved the analysis! Would try it again to see how much I’ve improved.

Bought the premium package more than a month ago and I haven’t gotten anything. The website says 1-3 days and it’s been more than 30. I tried contacting them and no response

scam bought like 2 weeks ago the most premium package and i still havent received

Ordered package 2 weeks ago and haven't received anything, contacted customer support and nothing. How much longer will I have to wait

It was very good and accurate the first time. Also on time. But second time it took longer than expected, however, still received it.

I order the most expensive package in 2023/09, everything went well and I liked it. Order it again (2024/03), it's been more than 20 days no responses, no everything...Such a disappointment

Would give 0 stars. I ordered the most expensive package $24.99 and it says I will get my order within 1/3 days. It has been over a week now and I still haven’t gotten my order. I have sent 2 emails to their so called customer support. But they didn’t answer. I have been texting them multiple times on their support chat on the website but yet still no answer. I have even tried contacting them on TikTok but they didn’t answer there either. Don’t waste your money on this. It’s such a scam
