Yuki, was amazing. Fantastic customer service, prompt answering my questions. Product is creamy and covers areas well. Feels comfortable on my skin and very natural glow.

I was having trouble with my order, but Pauline kept working on it. After the third time, it finally worked and I was able to order my product.

I placed an order and received an email a couple of days later there was an issue with my address. I made the changes and within an hour was notified my shipment was being processed. Pauline with Customer Service made the process so easy! Looking forward to receiving my order! Thank you, Pauline!

I have used Maybelline all my life. Now that I'm 70 yrs old, I thought I should try something for older women. I am so glad I tried Facelove! My lashes have actually grown some and look so pretty. I wasn’t happy with my first purchase and I emailed support and they were very quick to respond with a full credit. Which I received within 24 hours.i used the credit on the eye brow penci, (arrived so quickly) and I couldn’t be more happy. Pencil works really good

My experience with Facelove Cosmetics was inspiring! I have ordered from other sites and all they said was “we are sorry we looked into your request and it has already been processed there is nothing we can do” not with this company! They looked into the issue and corrected! That’s how a company that cares about their customers happy dealing with their company matters. I will continue to support this company because they care.

I ordered mascara from facelove cosmetics. The mascara is high quality, no clumping but coats each lash evenly & easily. The customer service is first class. Pauline was patient, available & informative.

I had a mix up with delivery. I emailed Facelove and was immediately contacted by an excellent customer service agent Amore. By the end of the day the problem was solved. If the product is half as good as their customer service, it should be exceptional.

I love FaceLove mascara! It has been making my eyelashes look stronger and longer.

The best part is the ingredients. I used to have allergies and irritation in my eyes because of mascaras, but I don’t have that problem anymore! I am so happy! 🥰

I love the Facelove mascara. The brush is designed to find ever lash and it does, making my lashes look longer and thicker than they have for years. But what was the best part of dealing with Facelove was the service I received. After the order arrived at the entry port it disappeared from tracking. I waited for several days before contacting Facelove customer support (I mean you Pauline) and within an hour received confirmation that the shipment had been lost and a replacement would be shipped immediately. And it arrived within days. I appreciate that my inquiry was handled with such a prompt response. I will not hesitate to order Facelove Cosmetic products in the future

The mascara is delightful, smooth, easy to remove and looks great. My largest praise goes to Customer Service Rep RAY who went above and beyond to rectify a shipping mixup. I ordered black and received brown. Ray was my first contact and helped me kindly and graciously through the process of receiving the black mascara. Lots of online merchants have questionable customer service, but my experience with Ray at Facelove was top notch. I will continue to order from Facelove.

Quiet possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. I changed my mind on the product that I ordered and there were no questions asked. The is hard to believe these days. Online buying and returning has gotten really tricky these days. I would certainly order from them again. Five Stars!!!

I’m such a hopeful skeptic when it come to insta ads but I thought let’s try this primer. I’ve yet to try it but the Mascara- wow! Absolutely perfect- much to my surprise it does exactly what the website promises. I even cried today and it didn’t run! Throughout the day it didnt flake and days a eye fluttering spasm like other brands I’ve tried
Customer service: Gosh, YUKI was just exceptional from start to finish. I thought customer service was dead but YUKI proved me wrong.
