I purchased a fireplace. IT does not work. I have had a lot of contact via email, but company refuses to replace or refund. Now I'm stuck with a broken heat source & out $700 !! I'm 53, disabled, & fighting cancer & they do not care I need this for heat. RUN !! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I purchased a queen size bed frame.
The packaging was damaged on delivery. Communication was very poor from the company.
The bed frame has since cracked through one side rail as the quality is terrible.
And they've offered me 55% refund on the original purchase.
The bed took 4 hours to construct because it has to be done without power tools. 68 screws all up.
I'd never purchase anything from them again

I have been attempting to get assistance now for 2 weeks. The company does not have a phone number and they responded to my emails but then stopped. I can not find anyone in my area to service by fireplace and I am frustrated with the poor customer service I have recieved.

I purchased a fireplace from Factory Buys Direct and paid someone to install. After finding out that I have to turn off the fireplace manually by a switch on the right side I tried to contact the compant 5 times with no results. I wanted to send this fireplace back and purchase a more expensive unit that has a remote control. I use a walker and cannot reach the switch.

Ordering on their website was easy breezy. eMails were answered addressing my questions. However as soon as I placed the order I realized I had made a mistake and tried to reach customer service via email and phone to cancel/change order. I estimate I tried 5 times on the phone, trying various extensions, each time the system hangs up. I left 3 messages associated directly with the PO on their portal. I sent 5 messages to their contact support email. ALL solicitations went unanswered. In the end I was left only one option and that was to refuse delivery and dispute charge with credit card company.

Purchased a gas log set one year ago. It came with one damaged log. After hours on hold and dozens of emails they have replaced it three times; twice with the wrong log and once with another broken but correct log. My last four emails have not been answered. I assume they fired the one employee that was trying to help me. If you must do business with this loser of a company, DO NOT ACCEPT ANY DAMAGED PACKAGES. Mine was delivered while I was out of town despite their policy requiring a signature and their return policy is ridiculous. I further complicated my situation by not installing it right away.
