My filters for a 1985 downdraft Jennaire stove top arrived within a few days of my order placement. They fit the units perfectly and appear to be well made.

Ordered filters online and they were suppose to arrive by a certain date. I waited a few days to follow up and only then did they send out a "label created" email and notified me that the filters had shipped. Waited another 8 days and no filter. Emailed customer service again and they claim my package was lost. Seriously I can see the FedEx tracking. It never left their warehouse. Apparently they created a label to "appear" to be shipping something but it never shipped. Wish I had read other reviews before ordering. Waste of my time. If my credit card is not credited within 24 hours I'll file a dispute, more wasted time.

I have been trying to get this company to ship my filters. No one will tell me why they haven't shipped after 10 days. They offered me a whole $2.90 refund for the 'inconvenience'. What a joke! Never again.

I have ordered a box of 12 filters, but when I received the box in four days it only contained 10. They sent another package of 12 right after my note. They have a great customer support and I recommend them to everyone.

I ordered 6 filters on July 2nd. Web site says orders ship in 3 business days. So on Monday July 11th, I used their online chat and inquired as to when my order will ship. The response was, I dont see your order red flagged or anything, just that its not being worked on. Told me to give it a day or 2 and contact them again. So, I did the chat thing again today, and got the same answer. Said we had an increase in sales....imagine that , busy in the middle of freaking July! So , I canceled my order, and reordered with a company called Obrien on Amazon. Hopefully this experience is better. Unless you can wait a month , do not order from these guys!

I ordered a case of 20x14 filters. Order was shipped quickly and filters serve the purpose.

I placed order on 7/13/15 and received on 7/28/15… I called on 7/21 and was told they were a special size and they were making them but then she could tell I wasn't happy and was told they were behind on orders and would make mine priority .( The woman I spoke to was very nice not her fault) When I ordered on the web site nothing there said these were special order. I actually ordered two filters on 7/21 from another company and received them in two days even though they were a couple dollars more they arrived quickly.

Initial experience was pleasant. Price was good. When filters came they were the wrong size. I called and explained. They said they would send the correct size out. They did, but it took more than a month. Fortunately I was not desperate for them. I would probably use them again (with tongue in cheek) providing I could give them enough lead time to get the correct product to me by the time I need them.

I have searched everywhere for filters and I have to say that Factory Direct has the best price out there also, their filters are great quality, they deliver fast also.

Ordering was very simple and took less than 10 minutes to complete. The filters were delivered right to my front door on the exact day promised. The quality of the filter is equal to the name brand it replaced and fit perfectly in the furnace. Have already recommended Factory Direct Filters to my neighbors.

Went to a big box store to get filters. Boy was that a mistake when I found out about Factory Direct Filters' prices. Went online to order the filters that I needed from FDF - was easy to order and the product arrived on time. I will always be ordering my filters through Factory Direct Filters.

I couldn't find a 14x20 HVAC filter in any of the nearby stores. I looked on line and found them here, with multiple choices and prices. I bought a 6 pack so I wouldn't have to think about them for a while. I received an order confirmation and delivery notification with a few days, and the filters shortly after. I will remember this site when I have to order new filters.

The filters were a great value and perfect fit. All with fast delivery

Specifically used this company because I wanted a type of filter medium they carried. They sent a different type and have not responded to my email on how to have them exchanged. The filters are also smaller than usual and allow unfiltered air to bypass the filter medium around the edges.
