Emailed about a bulk order of kettlebells, got a polite and helpful response and a good deal. KBs arrived quickly- all as described, no issues. Would order from here again

Dumbbells really well made and just what I wanted. There was a cosmetic issue with one of the dumbbells and customer service sorted it out right away. Will definitely be using buying from here again.

Great customer support . It’s been a few hiccups with the delivery, but they managed to sort it very fast. The equipment is absolutely amazing for great prices.

The product is great and I did order


The product is great and I did order the evening before a Bank holiday so in fairness I couldn't expect the goods to be delivered in the usual time frame. One slightly negative point is that I recieved a text from the courier advising that the goods would be delivered the day after the text but they actually turned up one hour after the text, which was good but I could quite easily not have been home.

Cannot recommend Factory Weights enough


Cannot recommend Factory Weights enough to anyone looking to build up a commercial gym or just build their home gym. Everyone has been so helpful from selecting my equipment to fitting and afterwards.
