I received the wrong item

I received the wrong item, In fact what i received was a very vulgar tank top with the F...... WORD ON THE FRONT AND THE BACK. I would like what I ordered but no one has responded to my last email. I think I will call the credit card company next to get my money back if I dont get a response soon

I purchased a item that was advertised
as a sweatshirt jacket

I purchased a item that was advertised as a sweatshirt jacket but it was not a sweatshirt. There's nothing I can do about it, the company said I should of read the description but you had to pick if you wanted a hooded sweatshirt, a bomber jacket a sweatshirt jacket or just a sweatshirt. I thought it was the description for a bomber jacket, I guess it was stupid of me to think a sweatshirt jacket would be a actual sweatshirt. This company sucks.
