Their AI Drum separation tool is a farce and does not do anything new. I don't like to way online companies are, in my opinion, extorting money from us without the opportunity to test their service. I had to subscribe in order to test the drum stem separation tool, which gave me a simple gated version of the original sample but with all the top end cut from the track, rendering it such bad quality that it was un usable. So they forced me to pay for a Very Bad Product.

Super awesome customer experience. I had a little issue with the payment process and Fadr cleared it up immediately. In a world where companies will often not care about you, they really pulled through with positive customer support and were super speedy as well. Thank you Fadr.

Super impressed with Fadr. I accidentally subscribed to the yearly plan and their support fixed it fast, refund processed in just a few hours.

But what really stands out is the tool itself. The vocal separation is crazy good, especially separating main vocals and backing vocals. Most tools blend them together, but Fadr keeps them clean and usable.

As a music producer, this is honestly one of the most useful tools I’ve tried.

The product is great in terms of splitting stems. I have since though stopped producing and a recurring payment came out of my bank. I contacted the support team and they have ensured me i will get a refund and cancel my subscription going forward. They were also extremely polite. Overall great experience

Ok so I thought this would be a straight no but after explaining my situation: being on a paid subscription without using it because I forgot to cancel... I asked for a refund. After providing some details they were able to see I had not been using the service, cancelled my membership and gave a full refund! Also reminded me it is still available for free. I had a great experience with Fadr. I needed a refund for a subscription I wasn't using due to lack of time, and Richard from support handled it perfectly and very quickly. The tool itself is amazing for music production and I will definitely subscribe again as soon as I have more free time. 10/10 for both the tech and the customer service!

Es evidente que las opiniones son "compensadas", porque es absolutamente imposible que haya tanta gente contenta con este software. La separación de stems es malísima, no digamos los "remixes" por llamarlos de una manera, con su clásico mensaje de: Something went wrong. y la atención al cliente inexistente. Les escribí hasta en 2 ocasiones y aún estoy esperando respuesta. Ni tienen periodo de prueba, ni puedes reclamar una devolución por su pésimo servicio. Así que pagas, rezas y te lo comes.

Application is easy to use and does a fine job separating tracks. It is very competent and a good value for it's price.

got fadr for synthgpt and forgot about it for 2 years. the guys refunded me asap and were friendly even when i was cancelling their services.

This stems plugin sucks ass... I'm convinced ANY reviews saying otherwise are bots. Then end.
I don't really know why I have a subscription to use this shit. But I want a refund.

The drag and drop to audio is slow, the recording process drops out in certain places. It's horrible. I just re-sub'd to use it during in my DAW and it's such a surface tool, that there's no REAL separation happening. It's a gimmick.

Almost makes me wanna see if Timbaland is somewhere around the corner. LMAO

There have to be better options, 'cause the stem separator on the website does 3x the job this POS was advertised to do.

I work as a full-time musician and music teacher. Fadr helps me a lot as it provides a wonderful stem splitting platform. I'm proud to be a premium user, as I can't get, for example, drums separation anywhere else. Also you should check out synthgpt and AI drums functions too! But the main reason I'm writing this is because I found their online support to be actually supportive!! Sometimes we (customers) are a bit upsetting with our strange requests and I have to say that fadr support is one of the few left that shows attention to us. You have a problem? They will help for sure. Best product, best support!

They were honest when and reversed my charges when I did not want to renew my subscription. However, the product is incredible, but I no longer have the need for it.

Simplicity of use, great results and responsive customer service. No issues. A good product, backed by great service.

Extremely painful to work with. Asked for my money back and was ignored. Reply times extremely slow and after taking a full year of subscription money even though I had a monthly plan they only sent back money partially. Stay away
