I sold art thru FairArt and had an easy and excellent experience. Their team is attentive and responsive and super easy to work with and they send payment quickly.

Fair art , connecting sellers with buyers whilst passing on royalties to the artist for each sale has never been so easy . Great service and support....will be using again.

I am skeptical about contacting customer service with any internet based company. The chances of getting an astute reply are about 50% & you’re more likely to receive condescending directions to look at their FAQ.

However my experience with Fair Art was exemplary. Lucy replied promptly to my questions with very clear answers.

(My order arrived quickly & very soundly packaged).

When I queried the availability of another artist, Lucy added her to the Fair Art database.

We were a bit anxious about trying Fairart at first, as we were unfamiliar with them. However, we read up on them and they sounded genuine, so we tried purchasing with them. I now cannot recommend them enough! We are REALLY impressed with Fairart - so simple to use! DHL were super efficient and careful with next day delivery (no chipped frames or broken glass), and the customer packed the picture like a professional - we were truly impressed from start to finish. You can chat with Fairart using webchat (Mon - Fri), and they help you with all your questions - especially if you are a new customer. Mikey and Lucy were both very helpful and thorough. It really is a good platform from the buyer's perspective. Give them a go !

Lucy and the team are really great! they answer quickly and are helpful. I would recommend for buying or selling artworks. Definitively a better option than stockx or ebay.

Simple process to sell, uploaded photos when item sold to be verified, postage was calculated and built into process.
