All the staff of Faircloth & Reynolds arrived on time and carried out the installation without any problems.

Great customer service and prompt quoting and getting the job done.

We were extremely happy and impressed by the service provided from your company. Your staff over delivered on all aspects of the job, Zac , I think that his name arrived at the stated time, took time to explain different options, and when we had finally agreed to those options, he then restated what we had agreed too. I believe that he was very professional in his job. The guys that came to install the units arrived at the stated time completed the task in a very professional manner checked that everything was ok and left the site clean. We could tell that Faircloth and Reynolds must be good employers as employees normally reflect the heirchary input. Great service from Zack who came to our house and discussed options for ducted aircon. Quoted the same day and installed 2 weeks later. He came back to help change the name of a room on the panel. All working nicely.

The level of care from Zack and Rachel was top-notch. The engagement and process to execute and complete was friendly and without delay.

Came recommended by a family friend and with good reason. Very impressive all round. Great assessment of our needs and options (retrofitting brick/ concrete 80s house with AC with ducted upstairs and split downstairs), simply explained. Swarm of installers turned up and behaved with total respect in our house, leaving it immaculate afterwards. All done in one day. AC works a treat! Didn't get other quotes but we feel like for the number of staff involved in the installation and the size of the set up they installed it represents excellent value. Highly recommended company.
