I bought a beautiful pair of slippers before Christmas I had them one month and they tore in an unusual place down the side. I work from home I did not catch them on anything to my knowledge have not slipped so this tear was unusual. The slippers are not stretched due to size etc I reached out to customer care with photos who were swift in response but informed me this was due to wear and tear and not a fault to the material. They refused to take them back to look at them in person and very much suggested this was a fault due to my wear and tear; I have had them on my feet less than one month. I re-wrote to them saying I was not happy with this result offering to send them in at my cost so they could see the issue on the slipper but I still got a polite this is so your problem not ours. I am now totally put off this brand… as a slipper should last more than one month… especially when the slipper looks new not scratched ,no scuffs, not stretched, but clearly the quality of the material in this one slipper is not up to scratch. I would recommend not getting their slippers. Disappointing from this brand. i can see from previous reviews below i am not the only person to face this issue, this company suggests they offer quality products and shared a video from Marcus Fairfax himself which was emailed to me on day of purchase, I will be following this up.

I have bought 2 pairs of Fairfax and Favor boots and always love wearing them. The first pair, I made a mistake with the ordering (selected wrong fit) which they quickly rectified for me and dispatched the ones I wanted.
Absolute quality, sooo comfortable and yet incredibly stylish. You don't always get the last two together!
I recently contacted the firm because I lost the stud off one of the tassels. They could not have been more helpful and courteous. I received replacement studs within a matter of days.
Awesome company. Will not hesitate to buy from them again.

My all time favourite brand! Styling is top notch, really spot on. The detailing is amazing. Customer service is excellent. Packaging is also excellent quality and the delivery is super quick. Returns are really easy too (I rarely need to but have the option if ordering more than one for size).

During the run up to Christmas 2025 went in to there store in helmsley lovely experience staff were so friendly and nice nothing was to much for them brought 3 items a leather belt, a handbag and the trinity suede loafers love all of them great quality and the shoes are so comfortable from the first wear thanks fairfax and favour will buy again.

Customer service is amazing and sorted out my missing tassel issue, which fell off during a dog walk. They responded quickly and resolved this within a few days. I was so pleased as wasn't expecting them to replace the two tassels ( my boots were still under warranty). I was fully expecting to buy some more, but they provided an absolutely fantastic service and this gesture goes a long way for me when considering future purchases from Fairfax and Favor.

Helena was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, and the wider team went above and beyond to make sure everything was organised and delivered smoothly. It’s rare to experience such a high standard of customer care — it truly made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

The boots are also fantastic — beautifully made, excellent quality, and exactly what I was hoping for.

I purchased heeled Boudicca black boots on 25/11 from Fairfax. At first pleased with the boots but in January noticed the leather covering on the heel was coming away. I contacted customer services & returned the boots for them to review. Incredibly disappointed with their assessment
‘ Following the assessment of the boots, we can confirm that this type of deterioration is consistent with repeated friction, pressure, or force being applied to the same area over time, rather than a manufacturing or design fault.’
I’ve had them for 2 months and surely it’s obvious there will be force applied through the heel. I had thought I was buying a high quality item but hugely disappointed with the quality and the review.

We were very much looked after at the beautiful Southwold store. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even our little terrier was treated to snacks. We will definitely be back.

I had ordered a coat for my Christmas gift to myself whic is totally amazing ! However the coat was further reduced in the sale and the company very kindly and quite unnexpectely refunded the difference so I was able to buy a pair of trainers I loved ! I would highly recommend them to anyone , the quality and wonderful service is second to none , it’s fantastic !!! Go on , treat yourself

Bought the Charlotte coat and the quality is exceptional. It’s hands down the warmest coat i have ever owned. It arrived with a tiny flaw and customer service resolved it immediately.
It’s easy for any company to give good service when selling but I think it’s a true mark of a great company when they give excellent service when things go wrong. Thank you F&F x

It’s very upsetting to be reported for defamatory comments when all I gave was an honest review, fortunately trust pilot upheld my review!
I would strongly suggest instead of being defensive listen to feedback from customers, acknowledge their concerns and handle them in a professional manner instead of reporting them.
I will never ever buy from this company again just shocking customer service

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Fairfax & Favor. I own many items from the brand — boots, bags, and clothing — and I’ve always loved the quality, which is why this situation is so frustrating.

I have a Mini Windsor bag and need a replacement strap. For a bag that wasn’t cheap, I find it unacceptable that a replacement strap can’t be purchased. What makes this even more confusing is that the company is able to sell reconditioned goods, yet cannot supply a simple replacement part for an existing customer.

I’ve never had issues with Fairfax & Favor products before, which is why this has been such a let-down. Good aftercare and support should match the premium price point. Sadly, on this occasion, it hasn’t.

Very disappointing.

I don’t recommend this jacket. The two-way zipper is extremely difficult to use — it constantly gets stuck when trying to zip it up from the bottom. Now it won’t go up at all. It feels like a waste of money. Order number FF1153482 Willow bark - wool

Visited the Marlow store to try on the Amelia coat that I had reserved on line. I received a truly warm welcome to the store from Rachel. Her thoughtfulness went above and beyond any usual customer service. I left the store financially poorer, after buying the coat and large Windsor croc handbag, but richer from the experience. Cannot recommend F & F enough. The quality is outstanding which transcends to the staff. Amelia was also a little star and is lucky to work is such a supportive environment

F&F advertises Explorer Boots as waterproof while they are not. Second pair of these boots I have bought leaks in exactly the same spots as first one which strongly suggests design fault.

Once again, another lovely blue box delivery (x2) today (ordered yesterday) from the Winter Sale. Gutted however, that also today I received the email to get an additional 15% off! Some you win, some you lose hey...

Previously over the years Ive left 5 stars based on previous purchases and in store serviced however my last two purchases have had to be returned due to the awful condition they arrived in, including today which is my birthday gift. How those boots get packed and stickered as checked is baffling when there are clear scuffs marks and pronounced creasing particularly on one boot. At Christmas I bought a pair of shoes as a gift and again they came in a battered box with clear scuffs and marks when I complained I was told to brush them and clean then . If I spend £200+ on a pair of shoes I expect them to come clean. I feel like they no longer care about customers.
