Fairmonts Estate Agents レビュー

We’re so grateful to Robin and Jack for making buying our first home such a positive experience. We saw several agents along the way, but Fairmonts are in a different league!

Jack was honest, supportive and always one step ahead with updates. Even when things got tricky, he went above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible.

Would highly recommend Fairmonts to anyone buying or selling ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve dealt with Fairmonts a couple of times now, having previously bought a property through them, and more recently using them to sell our house and also purchase our new home. So we’ve had plenty of dealings with Jack and Robin, and we’ve been really impressed throughout.

We mostly dealt with Jack, who was brilliant from start to finish. He was always really responsive, whether that was replying to WhatsApps or taking our calls when we needed him. He was honest, approachable and always happy to help, which made a potentially stressful process a lot easier.

There were a few challenges along the way, as there always seem to be when you’re dealing with a chain, but Jack was great at helping to sort things out quickly and keeping everyone moving in the right direction. This was especially important towards the end, as we needed everything to happen on time to keep the whole chain together, and he really helped make that happen.

Robin was also very much involved behind the scenes and was always approachable and helpful whenever we dealt with him. It was clear that they were working together to keep everything on track, and we really appreciated the effort from both of them.

Having now bought and sold through Fairmonts, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They’re a really friendly, honest and responsive team who genuinely seem to care about getting things done and helping their clients.

Thank you Jack and Robin 🙂

We couldn’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. Jack and rob were supportive every step of the way and truly held our hand throughout what became a very stressful process.

Even after our first house sale fell through at the very last moment, they remained professional, calm and reassuring, helping us keep going when it would have been easy to give up. They also handled the challenges of dealing with difficult neighbours with incredible patience and professionalism.

Their suggestion to sell our property through auction was excellent and ultimately proved to be the right decision.

Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work, support and guidance. We really appreciated everything you did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you. Also we loved the video and commentary. Photos were also excellent. Well done Robin and Jack we couldn’t have done it without you. Simon & Tracy

We recently bought and sold through Fairmonts and was very happy with the service they provided.
They were honest from start to end and I didnt feel like I was being told what I wanted to hear, all communication was fair and open.
I would recommend and use Fairmonts again.

100% recommended!
We've met Fairmonts actually when looking at another house and once we were deciding on who to use to sell ours, it was not even a question - we went with Robin and Jack. They have the 'no-nonsense', direct approach, very proactive and on top of things. Nothing was 'not my job' for them, and I can honestly say without them the process would have lasted way longer & been even more stressful. Without any hesitation we will be recommending them (as we are hoping not to have to move again ;).

We had a really great experience with Fairmonts while purchasing our new home. They were acting for the sellers, but honestly, they were far more professional and on the ball than the estate agent we used to sell our own property.

You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and want things to go smoothly. A special mention to Robin, who was incredibly proactive throughout the whole process. Whenever things didn’t go quite to plan (as they often don’t with house moves), he stepped in and helped keep everything moving forward.

Communication was always clear and timely, and they remained professional and helpful at every stage.

We’re hoping to be in this house for many years, but when the time does come to move again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Fairmonts.
