Unfortunately, our experience at this development has been very disappointing due to ongoing parking issues.

Residents with allocated parking spaces have been dealing with problems for months, with little progress towards a proper solution. What should be a straightforward matter has become a constant source of stress and frustration.

Communication has been poor, and residents have been left waiting far too long for action. For a development of this standard, I expected much better management and support.

I hope Fairview takes these concerns seriously and starts putting residents' needs first.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel prospective buyers should be aware of our experience.

The sales process was very positive, and we were given reassurance regarding facilities within the development, including parking. Unfortunately, the reality after moving in has been very different.

Parking has become a constant source of stress for residents. Despite having an allocated parking space linked to our property, there have been ongoing problems with unauthorised vehicles using resident bays and very little action taken to resolve the situation. This issue has been raised repeatedly over several months, yet residents are still waiting for an effective solution.

What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability once concerns are raised. Buyers are given assurances before purchase, but when problems arise afterwards, it feels like nobody wants to take ownership of the issue. Residents are passed between different organisations while the problems remain unresolved.

For many people, purchasing a home is the biggest financial commitment they will ever make. We expected far better communication, support and aftercare than what we have received.

Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage potential buyers to thoroughly investigate parking arrangements, management responsibilities and post-sale support before committing to a purchase.

Very disappointing experience so far.

My experience with Fairview has been extremely disappointing.

One of the main reasons I purchased my property was because it came with an allocated parking space. Before purchasing, I specifically raised concerns about parking availability as I anticipated problems once the development became fully occupied. I was assured that parking would not be an issue.

Unfortunately, my concerns proved to be correct.

For months, residents have been struggling with ongoing parking problems, with allocated bays being used by unauthorised vehicles. Despite numerous complaints and requests for assistance, no effective solution has been provided.

What is particularly frustrating is that residents who purchased directly from Fairview appear to have received their parking arrangements without the difficulties faced by those who purchased through SNG. This has created a feeling of unfair treatment amongst homeowners.

To make matters worse, I have personally witnessed Fairview sales and marketing staff using resident parking bays, and prospective buyers being directed to park in spaces allocated to residents. This only adds to the problem that residents have been repeatedly reporting.

Once the sale was completed, it felt as though Fairview no longer wanted to take any responsibility for the issues raised, with residents being redirected elsewhere rather than receiving meaningful support.

We have invested significant amounts of money into our homes and should not have to spend months fighting to use facilities that were promised and allocated as part of the purchase.

Based on my experience, I would advise prospective buyers to get every assurance in writing and carefully consider how post-sale issues are handled before purchasing from Fairview.

It was a good experience with Fairview, the process was very smooth and the team was supportive specially Jury cheng who supported me a lot.

We tried to buy a home at Watton at Stone but the buyer we had for our home dropped his price at the last minute.We met Katie there and she was so lovely and we felt sad that we could not make the sale.Thank you Katie for all your patience you were brilliant.Sorry it did not work out.Ann and Mike Mikhail

I can say that the service I did receive today was outstanding I been provided with all the information and suggestions I needed to make my decision and everything I need to know about the new properties which is really important for me so I’m really appreciate Qasim’s time for today .

We just had a viewing at Printmakers Yard today with Max.
Max was very friendly and helpful. He provided all the information related to the properties and gave us relevant advice and options to consider.

We had met with Max Hanson-Brooks and he was very kind with his time with showing us the apartments. Also, the focus from Max was to always find us a flat that suits our purpose and help us get a good deal. Grateful to have met max.

Max Hanson-Brooks was showing us around and we had a great experience at Printmakers Yard in Brentford. Max was kind, patient, and very clear in communication. It was a great experience.

I went to see a few properties at printmakers yard, in Brentford. I was assisted by Quasim and Sam. They were both very friendly and supportive from the beginning. Quasim assisted me by showing all the properties within my budget, giving me different options and assisting with any incentives he could have helped me with. He has been available anytime i needed any clarifications. He also offered me suggestions and assistance in seeing other properties later on, as I wanted to have a bigger picture, before proceeding. Despite the purchase did not go through as I eventually considered other options, Quasim was very professional and understanding and still keen to help me in case I might need any help in the future. I really appreciated his attitude, politeness and supportive approach. I would definitely recommend this team, throughout a very good experience.

Special thank you to Jury and Monica who helped us purchase our first home at Park Quarter back in September 2024. They were super professional and responsive which helped us to secure our preferred apartment. Since then they have always been happy to help and super friendly whenever we have popped back in to the marketing suite.

The Fairview sales team at Watton were always helpful, informative, accommodating and patient with all our questions and inquiries. All information was provided promptly and was clearly explained and efficiently processed. Without ever being too pushy, the team always made us welcome and did everything they could to make the process straightforward, manageable and friendly. Thank you guys!

Rico was very helpful at explaining the entire process and also went into great detail about the ongoing development in New Barnet. He took extra time with us going around the site and answering all of our questions!

We had a great experience purchasing our new home with fairview. The process was really smooth and the team really friendly. We moved in to our property back in February and are so happy in our new home.
