Always reliable and great quality with prices that are amazing since 2023. I dropped all my old vendors for Faithful.

I order like 4 years from now and I never had any problem. They help me even when I have problem with other companies. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to tell you . my aunt got cancer and we got a Don from this company and experience was good we got it on time and so yeah I'm pretty happy I hope the quality the same forever or maybe better to satisfy everybody.

My experience with Faithful Chemical has always been good! Always able to answer any questions I have, good communication, and always get my products I ask for labeled and packaged well. Definitely recommend Faithful chemical. They have wide variety of products. Be aware that you may be different time zone but they will get back to you in timely manner! Great company!

I have been dealing with them for at least nine years now... I have always received what I ordered. Tracking/shipping communication could be better... But they wouldn't be in business for so long if they didn't provide good products!

These guys are legit. Great communication, you know what you order is what you'll receive and their shipping channels have never led me down. I go to these guys first when I need to buy raws.

I’ve been procuring API compounds for over 7 years and I’ve never dealt with a company like Faithful! They have obscure research chemicals and always have the lowest prices. I haven’t bought from many other API manufacturers since I’ve found out about this company. All my compounds I received were thoroughly tested with an HPLC and came back as accurate.

They are excellent at communicating with me. Been doing business with these guys for years. Ordered at least 9 times. Everything was what they promised. All orders were received in excellent time. George has been excellent to work with. He really communicates everything from product to shipping. Have not. Had any problems. They know what they are doing. Great guy, great company.

I have been trying to resolve a seized package situation for weeks now. I was promised that if my package was seized that it would be taken care of free of charge. Now after confirming seizure of my package which I paid $453 for I am being told the items cannot be reshipped because they are out of stock. I am also being told I cannot get a refund or have different items substituted and re shipped. I have effectively had my money stolen from me. I have tried resolving this with Marmie and Allen by so far I have not been helped.
