Faithful Platform was fantastic to work with. They created a custom ring design that matched exactly what my partner wanted. Their communication was great with quick responses, transparency, and answered any questions I had. The ring shipped quicker than I expected so I had plenty of time before my proposal. My now fiancee absolutely loved the ring and thought it was perfect. And she wanted to go through Faithful Platform for our wedding bands after seeing how well the engagement ring process was!

The pricing on the engagement ring is really good, compared to other retailers. The ring looks beautiful. Customer service is great, replying very promptly to any questions you have. I needed the ring in time for the proposal I had planned, and the FP team delivered earlier than agreed on! Sales team is not so responsive (when I sent a message to the sales rep, he would sometimes take up to a day to reply). But they're all very friendly and professional.

I ordered a custom built ring this April. I planned on asking my fiance to marry me the day before Mother’s Day. Every step of the process was very smooth, the payment options are great, and when the ring came it was exactly what I wanted. Jake was great to work with and very easy to comunicate with. I recommend faithful platform to anyone who needs that special ring!!!
