Mortice for loft hatch rounded out so needed new one.

£10 no problem all good very helpful.

The robbing you know what's charged £12 for carriage and then a further £12 for shipping for a tiny part.

And I have to get it shipped to a relative as they don't post to Northern Ireland. So will have to pay further postage on top.

Disgraceful.

Terrible design of a loft hatch. Why would your purposefully design a hatch to not sit flush with your ceiling and have to be trimmed up by architrave? People put architrave around things to cover up messy finishes, designing something that way blows my mind. There are other loft hatch manufacturers out there, use them instead.

Despite delays and lack of information on my side, Abigail managed to liaise with other members of the wider team and found me a great solution. Brilliant service and assistance.

After spending a couple of weeks scouring the internet for some spare parts for an older window I finally relented and contacted their customer service dept.

A couple of days and a couple of email exchanges later their customer service team located the necessary parts and packed them all in an online shopping cart to order.

I purchased 5 Fakro windows over 15 years ago and they have been amazing and reliable. When ORIGINALLY installing my fitter cracked a small clip which eventually failed (after 15 years). Abigail gave me time and attention helping to identify the part and raised an order for me even though it is only a small low value item. I would definitely recommend over other roof window companies. Thank you Fakro and also a big appreciation to Abigail.

Don’t trust what they say when you call them. Double and triple check you have the right product.

We’re very impressed with the build quality and finish of our two Fakro skylights. Even the integral blinds and the extendable poles are really well made. We’ll be buying direct from Fakro again too, because the delivery was fast and efficient. Thank you Fakro for doing everything so well in a world of cheap and poorly made goods

Rennovating an Edwardian period loft space, and wanted to improve the access.

Decided on a Fakro LWL Extra due to the 3m celing heights upstairs. Installation was easy, the product is excellent quality, robust and I have no complaints whatso ever.

Fitted it myself, the only improvement I could suggest, apart from improving the price ;), is fully annotated installation instructions. They were adequate.

Great windows!!

I ordered slightly the wrong product for the builders for my roof flashings (they all look the same for goodness sake) and mistakes happen. I have to pay for these items to be returned which is costing me an absolute fortune due to the size of these things. There is no exchange policy... Absolute joke. Avoid.

Really good technical help in deciding which windows to use and how to DIY install in an unusual roof

I used this company windows in my roof, I had no issues even after 15yrs, they get a wipe down once a year, all down to how good the fitter were.

Happy with my new FAKRO blinds. Superbly fitted - delighted
