I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY..THE PHONE IS NOW DISCONNECTED FOR ALL NUMBERS I HAD..THEY MAY BE UNDER DIFFERENT NAME NOW AND USING DIFFENT NAMES..BBB TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THEM AND DEPT OF JUSTICE AND NO RESPONCE BACK!!!!!.....

THIS IS A SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!
I went against my gut and went with the lowest quote to ship my car from Utah to Texas. I came to this site and ignored the others who had a similar experience and thought "oh there are lots of review and most are positive, i'm going to give this a shot" I'm now convinced those positive reviews are fake and these are professional scammers. It is pretty elaborate and preys on people who need to save some money to ignore the red flags.

I even brought up these reviews with the sales rep and he had an answer for every one so I trusted him.

Luckily my credit card covered this and I was given the money back, but many may not be lucky like me.

Things to be aware of:
1. Their DOT number doesn't exist on the DOT website! I didn't bother checking this ahead of time. Check now and confirm to save the time with them.
2. They ask for a deposit. I've learned to not trust anyone that asks for money upfront.
3. They said I wouldn't have to pay again until after delivery, but they called a few days before pick up and said the only driver they could get wanted upfront payment. Again I fell for it when I should have asked for my deposit back and walked away.
4. They said I would hear from the driver 24 hours before pick up, but never did. I had booked this weeks in advance so there was plenty of time to search for a driver.
5. The driver never showed up on the day of pick up.
6. After I asked for my refund they apologized and said it would arrive in a few days. It never came. I followed up and they again said it would come before a certain date. It never did. They stopped responding after that. I made sure to do this all through email/text so I had a paper trail. That's when I began the process with my credit card company to dispute the charge.
7. The emails are low quality and basic. But I wrote that off as they were keeping things simple.
8. The guy I spoke with was named "David" but had a strong Indian accent. I chalked it up to trying to not be prejudice. Screw that anymore.
9. "David" offered me his personal number, which was actually the main line to the company.
10. After each payment he would check with his "finance department" but that only took a couple seconds. Seemed iffy but I let it go...again.

I'M TELLING YOU TO TRUST ME AND MY ACTUAL EXPERIENCE

Great Service and prompt. Used them for the first time and would really refer them to my friends. I will surely use them again for my car transport. Good work guys!

Quick and Smooth service. I was talking to Paul and he was always available when I have a question. He made sure I am being answered, he clarified everything before making the payment. It was great when I got a good discount when I made 100% payment through card. The price and service both were great!

After numerous emails and promises to give me my refund. They continue to lie and mislead. This company is a fraud. They continue to lie and say this is the way trucking is and they apologize. They do a great job being sympathetic, but at the end of the day they take your deposit money and not complete the service. This business is a scam and they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Scammers from India. They have three names. Falconcarship, Falcon Logistics and TransVista auto transport. They quote the lowest price and ask for $175 deposit upfront with a date your car will be picked up. Won’t ever be picked up but they will ask for more money saying driver is requesting it but they’ll offer another driver for $600 more (again fake) but they wouldn’t be there for another week. If you use a CC, file a fraud complaint with your company and file a report with the Delaware District Attorney’s office at
302-683-8801.
I have asked Trustpilot to audit their positive reviews as they are all fake. Waiting for that to happen.
And to Paul Jones and Alvin, you will someday have to answer for these scams you have been doing. I do believe in a Heaven and Hell. I expect you know where you guys will be going.

Scammer!!!!....I booked this company to transport my car in September 2023 by November my car still hadn't been picked up. ASK for refund and cancel puck up after 2 month wait, and still now in December , I Still have not received my refund of $2200. DO NOT BELIEVE AND POSITIVE REMARKS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. They won't call or text me back and when they do I'm told the same story.I just want my refund back!!

This company is scam. Be careful dealing with this company. they not provide me service on time and regarding my refund amount they are giving reason company's payment gateway not working so delay for refund amount

My car was to pick up urgently on the same day. I spoke to these guy and my car was picked up the same day and delivered to me the next day. They are awesome! Will recommend them for sure.

Good company. I lost money with the last company I dealt with. Then I was contacted by this company. They were quick to respond and get my car shipped within a weeks time as expected.. Thanks guys, I appreciate the support..

Excellent customer Service. Alvin was to the point and he actually understands what a customer needs. I was not ready to go with them before but my son insisted, but it was a great decision. They did it the best way possible for my not running car as well.

This company is a scam in the highest order. Be very careful dealing with this horrible company. They’ll first scam you of your $175 and later start telling you that the truck driver they contacted disappointed them. They have a well organized scamming customer care service that’ll make you think they are genuine. They are organized criminals. They were even asking me for more money recently even after one month of paying them $175 . They would even offer you discount to convince you so they can scam you of more money. Disregard those people praising them of good services on this platform and other platforms. They are the ones going on there to praise themselves. They are Organized criminals. Deal with this company at your own Risk. They are scammers.

They gave me the lowest quote and after that, they were not able to arrange the service. When I asked for the refund they told would give the refund next week. Now it is almost 2 months, No service No refund. Don't pay the advance through Zelle. Then you will not get it refund in any way. If you pay through a Credit card at least you can dispute that transaction.

This place is a Joke, not only did they stiff me out of my $175 Deposit, they stopped answering my calls. I spoke with Anthony on 08/15/2023 and let him know the car was sold on 08/20/2023 and I would no longer need their services and would like a refund! He assured me that my refund would be within a week, I called back and it got pushed out to the next week, I called again and the same results. After it was past the 30 timeline I couldn’t get a refund. So I got scammed. In good faith b I told my brother and the same thing happened to him. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMING CON ARTIST!!!

Be very careful when a company can not answer a simple question. Being in the logistics field I could tell immediately that they had no clue. The llc is registered in Delaware but in my oppinion they are based outside of the U.S.

I asked if a truck falls into the ocean and all 10 cars that the carrier was carrying were destroyed how do you determine the value of each car for insurance purpose. They kept given the same answer that the carrier has a million dollar policy but that did not answer the question cause we all know the cars are not worth a million dollars each. This was a major red flag for me.

I know the answer to the question but i will not provide it to them. Be cautious working with brokers who can not answer a simple question.

In response to the below telling me the carrier will be responsible for damages still does not answer the question
The specific question was how do you determine the value of the car if it was totally damaged. Yes carriers are all requires to carry insurance that is a given however each car is not valued the same and all i kept asking is how to do you determine the value of the car and nobody could answer the questuon. There is nothing at all fake about this review.

Initially I was skeptical about going with this company for my car shipping looking at the reviews but still the sales guy was straightforward and very upfront. Hence we dcided to go ahead. It was a smooth and awesome experience. They did what they said. I will be using them again

Bait and switch company they will give you a low bid have you place your first payment and comeback later to say the driver is not affordable!

These guys were TERRIBLE, they never showed up, NOT once but 4x. Paul, kept blaming the car transports but I feel it is his name on the line and they can ATLEAST communicate the carrier is not showing up or some changes have been made. NOT 1 phone call. What a waste of 2 weeks. GO ELSEWHERE.

I had to ship my car last minute on a holiday weekend and these guys were pretty great.

They told me it was going to be hard to find a shipper but that they would try. After an hour they connected me with a driver that was going to get my car that night.

After the driver canceled last minute, falcon promised they would refund my deposit. I was nervous because of the reviews here, but it went through today. Thx for being good guys!

Scam company. They never got around to actually shipping my car so I cancelled. I was assured a refund of my deposit, but that didn't happen. Slugs.
