Their Customer Service is EXCELLENT! I had a minor issue and they fixed very quickly. Their digitization always stitch out beautifully. I have many of their Dragon designs and get compliments on them frequently. They have SO many designs that can not be found on other sites. I love FALCON EMBROIDERY!

The design was very cute and I looked forward to stitching it out - whatI didn't like about it was the way the jump stitches worked. The design chair stitched them through the design which made them difficult to remove. I would prefer longer jump stitches so they are easily removed. Overall the design looked good when I trimmed fit up but it could have been easier.

I have used Falcon Embroidery digitizing Services several times when I need a design digitized. Each and every time the service has been wonderful, the turnaround time has been amazing, and the design itself is spot on. Highly recommend. They’re the only company I use.

You have a very esoteric selection of designs!

It is so very easy to shop, purchase and download designs. My favorite thing is that there are so many line art designs to choose from. Keep up the good work.

I have only sewed one design and it sewed fine but I have one design that does not has PES format so I need to convert PEC but haven’t had time to figure that out yet. It said it had PES format when I purchased and it should have been more clear that it did not and that PEC would need to be converted.

I didn't know that Falcon existed. Been getting patterns from another on line store. I like the other store, but Falcon has different designs..I really like that I can get all the sizes available in one purchase rather than choosing one size at a time. Gives me a great selection of sizes for different projects.

I have lost track of the number of designs I have had Falcon custom digitize for me. Each time they provide a great product that stitches out great, for a reasonable price and good turn around time. The quality of the designs is the livelihood of my business. Any time I have not been happy with the stitch out they have quickly made adjustments to make it meet my vision. I will continue to trust them with my business and highly recommend them to anyone who asks for a digitizer!

I have used Falcon Embroidery for custom digitizing 4 or 5 times and the designs have stitched out perfectly. They definitely are my go to for digitizing. I highly recommend

Great designs.

Used them many times. Super quick with responses and the work at a reasonable price. Files are always great and they are super with those changes you maybe realized after you got back what you asked them to do but didn’t fit the way you thought it would.

The attention to my query, the response was immediate and updated designs supplied without charge or even my requesting them. I wish there were more stars to give. The respect your company has shown to a tiny order on the other side of the world, actually brought me to tears, thank you.

Great range of patterns. Stitch out great.

I easily found the designs I was looking for and purchased them. The only problem I have with Falcon Embroidery is the number of stitches and trims they have in their designs. It would be great if they could create designs with fewer stitches and trim stitches.
