Garment has no tags, loose threads everywhere and way too small.
Wanting to return the garment for a refund but keep getting excuses

AD OGGI , 13 APRILE , NESSUNA CONSEGNA RICEVUTA.
VERGOGNOSO IL LORO SISTEMA DI TRACCIAMENTO IN QUANTO NON HAI MODO DI AVERE UN TRACKING NE TANTOMENO IL NOME DEL CORRIERE INCARICATO DELLA SPEDIZIONE , HAI SOLTANTO IL NR DI ORDINE D'ACQUISTO CHE NON SERVE A NIENTE !
DIFFIDATE DI QUESTO SITO , OGGI HO RICHIESTO IL RIMBORSO MA DUBITO CHE MI ARRIVERA' QUALCOSA ! FATE ATTENZIONE , QUESTO NON E' UN SITO DI E COMMERCE SERIO , PERDETE SOLDI E TEMPO ! PESSIMO SOTTO TUTTI GLI ASPETTI .

Good clothes.

This is by far the worst customer service. I have ever had. I purchased a smartwatch, and it is not carried by my provider. And no sim cards work for. The watch was never activated and falentia would not accept a return. They basically view any electronic as once being shipped being used. Their return policy is very misleading.

Ho comprato un paio di scarpe, non corrispondono alle descrizioni, la qualità e pessima, hanno un odore di vernice e la taglia non corrisponde.
Nonostante sono arrivate rovinate in quanto senza scatola, il reso non e gratuito ma se vuoi restituirle il costo d lla spedizione ammonta al costo delle scarpe.
Pessimo venditore, non comprerò mai più su questo sito.

So very disappointed, I have issues with any other fabrics other than cashmere, so ordered and paid 84.00 for a black Cashmere jumper.
When it arrived it was was a Polyester jumper, which i cant,, wear.
When I wrote to the company they offered 15% refund or money off a store voucher but that was it.
I am going to try Pay Pal..it is so bad, I ordered and paid for a quality product but the Chinese warehouse sends something totally different..to my way of thinking, this definitely is the companies fault and they should refund fully.

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe, tempi di consegna lunghissimi, ma avrei accettato questo dettaglio se il prodotto fosse stato almeno accettabile.
Appena aperto il ‘pacco’, una parola veramente troppo grossa, le scarpe erano avvolte in un foglio di carta e inserite in una bustina trasparente, ho sentito un fortissimo e nauseante odore di colla che mi ha provocato subito mal di testa.
Le scarpe presentavano evidenti residui di colla, tra cui una colatura sulla punta.
Non erano pertanto indossabili.
Purtroppo l’esperienza negativa e’ continuata perché ho scritto al servizio clienti per il reso e il rimborso totale (come da indicazioni presenti sul sito in caso di prodotto difettato), e mi hanno risposto dandomi due opzioni: 1) Rimborso del 15% tenendomi l’articolo; 2) Un voucher da spendere subito sul loro sito.
Ho risposto che al momento non mi interessava nessuna delle due proposte e che avrei voluto effettuare la restituzione col rimborso totale della cifra spesa, come riportato nella loro politica di reso.
Mi hanno risposto che avrebbero inoltrato la mia richiesta al team, ma ad oggi nulla, nonostante altre mie due mail.

Prodotto carino e ben fatto. Avrei solo migliorato un po’ l’imballaggio.

I ordered a dress and was a bit worried about the delivery, but everything arrived even earlier than expected and was neatly packed. The fabric turned out to be thicker than I thought and it actually fits beautifully, the size matches perfectly. Support also replied quickly to my tracking question, which was nice. Overall very happy, definitely 5 stars.

My girlfriend loved their dress. She feels confident in it. The material is really soft and light. Only thing that we didn’t like is that the package came damaged.

La qualità è sorprendentemente buona per il prezzo. Sembra resistente e ben fatto. L'unico problema è stato che non ho ricevuto subito l'e-mail di conferma, ma l'assistenza ha risolto rapidamente il problema.

Recentemente ho acquistato un portafoglio da viaggio Falentia, che contiene perfettamente tutte le mie carte e il mio passaporto. ll materiale sembra resistente e le cuciture sono solide. La spespedizione è stata piuttosto veloce e, nel complesso, sono soddisfatto di questo acquisto.

Il mio ordine Falentia è arrivato oggi e lo adoro. I colori sono vivaci, il tessuto è fantastico e veste perfettamente. Mi sento sicura quando lo indosso; vale sicuramente la pena ordinarlo.
