First class in every way

First class service from start to finish.
Customer support for online purchase was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful - went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble - I couldn’t have wished for more.
My purchase arrived beautifully presented- wrapped in luxurious fallers wrapping with additional wrapping and ribbon so that I could view the claddagh ring myself before wrapping it and presenting it on Valentine’s Day.
And the ring itself- just stunning.
It’s no wonder Fallers has lasted the test of time - go nowhere else for your jewellery- you won’t be disappointed. Thank you - G

Excellent service, amazing ring absolutely stunning and so beautifully packaged and super fast delivery

First class personal service

First class personal service, even through an online order. Spoke with Jessica in their Mail Order dept. She was fantastic! Helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was a credit to the company and a joy to deal with. Cannot recommend Fallers highly enough. Excellent experience.
