If you value your money don’t give it to them.
Ordered a gift that never arrived.
Emailed to be told it was delivered.
Explained it hadn’t arrived but they are adamant it has.
I’ve never received it so I contacted the depot where vendor said it came to but was redirected back to vendor as UK have no info on package.
“Shop” also confirmed it’s not arrived.
I am now being ghosted by vendor.

Ordered desk lamp on 8/29/26 and was quoted delivery within 4 to 8 business days. When item had not arrived by 9/17, I emailed customer service and was told my order was "on the way and should arrive shortly" despite the fact that the order tracking states "We're preparing these items for shipping". Emailed again on 9/28 and no response. Called the office on 10/12 and no answer. Disputed the charge with my bank today. They're obviously grifters! STAY AWAY

Wowzers. Ordered the Boromir pen holder which made me chuckle and I thought would be a nice gift for a family member. The picture looks detailed, good quality, and made to look like bronze ('brown') and silver/pewter ('grey').

When it arrived, I literally laughed out loud at the product. Very low quality brittle plastic, bright red-brown colour, obviously 3D-printed with bits crumbling off the edges as well. Will definitely not work as a gift...

Emailed the returns address, no reply, which is what I suspected from the other review I see on here.

I ordered an item as a gift for someone and when it turned up it was of very poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. To start the returns procedure you have to email their support email - but they never reply. I have now sent FIVE emails and left messages via their chat system - which claims they will send you an email once somebody answers your query but they never go. Please don't be fooled by what is obviously a dodgy company sending sub-standard products that you are then stuck with.
