Your helpful communication and willingness to help was fantastic.

I bought a rug that I never recieved. First they said it was lost in shipping. Then they didn't have it at all. Now I'm waiting for a refund that should be done is 7-10 days. If the refund isn't recieved then my credit card company will take of the charge.
