Support was very helpful and i am very happy with my recent sale and i will use them again.

Simply put, support tickets are ignored, especially in cases of disputes. Support doesn't respond; on the contrary, it's suspected they're doing it intentionally to steal your money. I absolutely do not recommend using this site, whether you're a seller or a buyer. There are many alternatives that offer clear transparency and faster responses. This site is a scam in every sense of the word. Think twice, even three times, before proceeding, or you'll be consumed by regret. My mission is to warn you, as I lost my money in my escrow account, and it's currently frozen with no response whatsoever. It was a terrible experience and a significant loss.

My experience with famebolt.com has been absolutely terrible from start to finish.

1. Instagram account verification does not work
First of all, it is impossible to verify Instagram accounts on this platform. They give you a code to place in your bio, but the verification never works, even when you follow the instructions correctly.

2. Non-existent customer support
When you contact support, they simply tell you to place the code again and open a support ticket.
Once the ticket is opened, they never reply.
Customer service is basically non-existent. They do not answer messages, tickets, or follow up in any way.

3. Identity verification is useless
I also tried the identity verification option. I submitted all my personal information as requested, and then nothing happened.
No confirmation, no update, no response at all.

4. Unreliable and poorly managed platform
Honestly, I don’t understand how this website is still operating. Everything feels broken, unprofessional, and badly managed.

5. Warning to buyers: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
For buyers, I strongly advise not to purchase anything on famebolt.com.
You may send your money and nothing will happen afterward. No response, no support, no protection.

SO, FAMEBOLT is:
Waste of time, waste of energy, and potentially a waste of money.
There are far better and safer alternatives. Avoid at all costs.

I sent you multiple messages weeks ago, and you never replied to any of them. You are lying. I did have an account on your platform, and I listed several accounts for sale.

However, after discovering your fraudulent actions, I decided to remove all my listings because your platform is not trustworthy. I also attempted to delete my account, but there is no option to do so, which once again proves that your website is not legitimate.

For reference, here are my unresolved support tickets, all still marked as Processing with no response:

#1281 – I cannot verify my accounts – Processing – 2026-01-16 20:30:09

#1280 – I cannot verify my account – Processing – 2026-01-16 20:17:47

#1275 – I cannot verify my account – Processing – 2026-01-11 14:52:50

This lack of communication and transparency clearly confirms that this platform cannot be trusted.

Urgent regarding Transaction ID #1086.

Since the 13th, I submitted a withdrawal request, and it is still pending.
There is no TXID, no confirmation, and no update.

I have submitted a support ticket, but there has been no response so far.
The pending amount is $2,850, and I do not understand the reason for this delay or silence.
