Fame Rugs レビュー

Zero stars! Scam site. No confirmation receipt except for credit card payment. No way to track order or confirmation number. This is a site through turkey. Beware! Reported as fraud.

Placed an order in the beginning of January 2023. Did not receive my order even a month later, asked and they said they are in the earthquake region which is why it is taking so long but they would update me on the status soon. I've sent multiple inquiries and they have stopped responding and it is now almost April of 2023 and no order, response, update or refund. This site is FRAUD.

Cannot get a response on order eta, from 3 weeks ago, but they have my money.

This is the WORST company. SCAMMERS! Do NOT buy from them! Taken my money (£300), no confirmation email and now ignoring my emails.

OMG!! This rug is simply fantastic. And an incredible bargain as well. I waited a few months before writing this review so that I could see how it held up. It is extraordinary. It cleans very easily either with a vacuum or even just with a moist cloth. It is lustrous and completely transformed my living room. YAY!

Amazing customer service, while the quality of the rugs themselves is always amazing. Will be purchasing more.

Brilliant, super value but really nice quality. Second time I have purchased from Fame Rugs and have recommended to others

Great product and arrive on time.
Thank You

I love my new carpet. They delivered it on time and the customer service responded all my inquiries. I can't believe the low price and high quality of the carpet. 100% recommended.

Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the look of the rug I chose, I've never had better customer service in my life. In retrospect, I believe I should have contacted the company first, instead of a public comment regarding my disappointment. The company contacted me immediately and asked ME how to make things right. Who does that these days? Who actually converses with their customers directly? If you find a product you like, give Fame a try. They seem to be the kind of company anyone would want to do business with.

The rugs are absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier

Love the rugs, received quickly.

I am an interior designer so I can be very discriminating. The rug was nicer than expected. The colors, the pattern, and the soft texture exceeded my expectations. The company was great to communicate with, and you can’t beat the price.

I am always pleased with your rugs. I have 7 rugs and love them all.

I just ordered my new rug. I haven’t received it yet but in speaking with Mary, she has been very accommodating and has given me great customer service. I look forward to enjoying my new rug soon. Thanks Mary.

Absolutely love the rug. Arrived within 7-10 days.

Perfect handling of the order and great quality of the rug! Kids are super happy!

Made it to me before Christmas! The rug is beautiful and lays so nicely. It really pulled the whole room together.

I love my new rug! It is not only beautiful, it is so soft to the touch!

We love our new rug! it’s a lot softer than we expected. I emailed to get an update on when the rug would ship and they got back to me very quickly. Would recommend :)
