Achtung Abzocke! Wollte nur für meinen Sohn ein Deutschblatt herunterladen für 0,0€ dann wurde ich zum erfolgreichen Abo beglückwünscht. Es gibt keine Email zum kündigen und nur eine Englische Telefonnummer mit warteschleife.
In der Email hatte ich plötzlich ein Abo von the yogabliss 😡
Es ist so nervig. Mit der Bank hab ich telefoniert, sie meinen ich kann das Geld zurück buchen lassen und wenn das nicht reicht, Anzeige erstatten!

Never heard of this company and they randomly tried to take money out of my account luckily it wasn't enough as I moved it all to my savings account scum

ACHTUNG! Kann die Kommentare meiner Vorgänger nur bestätigen! Bin leider auch in die Falle getappt. Um 0,01 € ein 1-Tages Testabo und dann automatische Verlängerung um € 49,-/ Monat. Unsubsribe wird dabei so undurchsichtig gestaltet, dass es kaum möglich ist.

Bedienungsanleitung heruntergeladen für 0,01€ und damit ein Abo für 49 € ausgelöst bei Family Now. Kündigung nur über englische Telefonnummer möglich…… (vielleicht !!!)
Unbedingt sofort Kreditkarte sperren und Betrug anzeigen.

Signed up to watch a live game for the cost of 0.01p wich i didnt mind.
Luckily i do not keep money of significance in the account about 20 days later tried to charge me 29.50 how is this possible the site i paid the 0.01 p was totally different to myfamily.club site that tried drawing 29.50 .... they could not but if they did i would of been left foodless how disgusting is this and how is it possible.... i would bebphysically willing to sort em out if i new were they were

Absolute scam - paid a penny to access a landrover video, only to charged £30 for family now subscription- have needed to contact my bank and cancel direct debit - tried to contact company in Cyprus - no joy - Please avoid

I got scammed to pay for this thinking i paid for a youtube to MP3 convertion through y2mate, had no idea i signed up for a ongoing membership to this shit site where you can only cansel by phone to england and the line is infinate!

Achtung Betrug! Ohne das ein Vertrag besteht buchen die monatlich Geld ab! Karte sperren lassen und Betrugsmeldung gemacht.

Scammers. Gave my details for a charge of 0.01 cent for a service on holiday and was charged 30 euro two days later for nothing. Listed as a Dutch company. I’ve had to cancel my card now. Scammers!!!!

Scammed from my daughter- took it from her Revolut account and she knew nothing about it - wondered why all the money from her part time job working in a cafe was gone.

I'm always very careful online, but I've finally been scammed. It wasn't so obvious though. I got a new phone, and it wasn't compatible with any of my Google apps, so I was trying to download an android app installer. I thought I was paying Google Play £0.01 to use the app, but the next thing I knew, I got an email telling me that apparently I'd signed up to a subscription service called familynow.club ! I went to press login and the site couldn't be reached. Also funny that my given password from them began with the word "mug"😂 I searched for the company, and as soon as I saw it was based in Cyprus, I was like "Crap!" I've cancelled my debit card, so I'm hoping this will stop them from taking any money from my account.

I’m not sure how they got my wife’s card details but they attempted to take £0.01 for a free trial. Fortunately I check my banking and noticed it. I called my bank to stop it and any block any further request from them. Four days after they attempted to take a payment of £29.50 that again was stopped by my bank.

Service is fine. Good quality independent movies. A little bit expensive but ok for a few months.

Sie verlangen eine vermeintliche Bestätigung durch Eingabe der Kreditkartendaten und ziehen zunächst nur 0,1 Cent ab. Doch in Wirklichkeit ist das eine Falle – dadurch wird automatisch ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement aktiviert, und regelmäßig werden Beträge vom Konto abgebucht. Eine Kündigung ist nicht möglich, da es auf der Webseite keine Option zur Abbestellung gibt. Das ist Betrug! Geben Sie Ihre Kartendaten nicht ein, sonst verlieren Sie jeden Monat Geld!

Dreadful, can't work out how to cancel account

I bought a knitting machine that had a couple of QR codes embedded in the instructions leaflet enclosed.

The QR code led me to the family now app and auto processed a payment of £0.01 on my credit card which I did not authorise and they tried to take a further payment which my bank credit card fraud team had picked up and stopped.

I have reported the issue to the eBay seller and to eBay, but goodness knows how many hundreds of thousands of instruction manuals have been printed with the fraudulent QR codes in.

Übelste abzocke wie bereits beschrieben. Aber wie wurde das Problem gelöst?
Auf der Website gibt es nichts um Kontakt aufzunehmen. Keinerlei Kontaktdaten. Einzige Maßnahme die bleibt, ist das Sperren der Kreditkarte. Ob das jetzt hilft wissen wir noch nicht.
