The was the best experience I could have had with a company. I lost my beautiful goldendoodle pup 4 days ago at just under 11 years old and I desperately needed some special ways of keeping his memory alive and doing something to fill my home with his presence again in some way. This company popped up and I thought I'd try it and see how it worked out. The whole process was effortless and extremely quick and the pictures are exquisitely done. They have captured him and all his expressions/details so perfectly! I truly could not wish for more and I am so thankful I gave this company a try because I now have 2 of the most timeless, priceless and utterly precious gifts at a time I truly needed the comfort from them. Thank you so much to the family portrait company for bringing my little boy to life in your incredible sketches and for giving me such a beautiful representation of him to remember him by ♥️

I first came across this company while looking through my FB. Currently going through a difficult time with our gorgeous, almost 10yr old dog. The process was extremely easy when purchasing and the prompt email the following morning was a surprise. The download wasn’t quite so easy as I couldn’t upload the file however, I emailed the company and they very quickly responded. Once I saw the picture I was truly impressed. I forwarded it to my family instantly and they all commented how gorgeous it was. We still have our little man with us but it could be that in the next week or two we will have to make the toughest decision in what is in his best interests.

Do not order from this company! They false advertise! They advertise that they are doing photos for £6, this is not true, I sent in 3 pictures that I wanted, but you do not get the photos individually, even though you pay £6 per photo, all 3 photos were sent in one picture, this is not explained in the advert! I asked for a refund and they have now stopped replying! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are liars and they have no customer service

I saw this company on Facebook and made two orders. They were super quick in getting back to me to clarify something in my order and then to get the portrait. I really can’t recommend them enough. Having lost my dog and cat I wanted a nice image of them and I was so happy with my order. The portraits totally showed their character and I love love love them. Amazing work and thank you so much xx

All ‘portraits’ are AI generated slop. Pay real artists or get it for free yourself. Do not be fooled by the ‘pencil drawings’ because every single one Is ai generated

We absolutely adore our portrait ordered one day got it through email the next day I will definitely be ordering again

It was an absolute con. I supplied my picture and all they did was run it through some lame software to produce a portrait that I could have done on ChatGPT myself. There was no personal involvement, there was no artistic involvement. It's just a complete and total scam.
