I came across this company on Facebook and thought I would give them a try after losing my beautiful 18 year-old fur baby at the beginning of January. I absolutely adore what they’ve done and I couldn’t be happier with my picture. Everyone I show absolutely loves it and says it really does him justice.

I was a bit pessimistic about ordering from Facebook however received a very professional service with excellent communication to a fantastic portrait of my fur babies one of which I had to say goodbye to last year, an excellent keepsake. Would highly recommend x

My two girls (cats) on two different photos have been placed together perfectly. The portrait even shows how fluffy they are. It’s amazing

I stumbled across this company on Facebook, I've made 2 purchases and they are both beautiful, absolutely spot on images of our fur babies .really fast producing image and emailed straight away .I will most definitely be purchasing more,I want a family one done soon.Dont hesitate ,do it ,Make that order today ,you will not be disappointed!!.Jane thanks so much for bringing our treasured pics to life .xx

I absolutely love my print, every time I look at it, it brings tears to my eyes as my dog only passed away at Christmas 2025, so still fresh in my mind. Also there customer service is excellent

This company is misleading customers by…
This company is misleading customers by stating “Our portraits are hand-crafted digitally by our artists using a drawing tablet, and are sent in a digital format so they can be delivered quickly and printed at any size.” They in fact use AI tools to create artwork. I paid for a pencil drawing of my dog by sending in a photo. I put the same photo into ChatGPT asked it to create a pencil drawing for it to create an identical picture to the one sent to me. I have explained this asked for a refund, been blocked on their Instagram. Poor service & very misleading.

The portraits where absolutely brilliant took no time to receive them would definitely use family portraits again

Hi there to all you potential people who would like to have a wonderful picture of your beloved fur baby. Please go ahead and you won't be disappointed. Jane has drawn the most remarkable pictures of my cavalier Ollie .
Jane has really caught the essence of him, so clever with every detail just perfect.
I fluffed the download twice and lost my 2 pictures, not too great with the IT at the age of 74.
Jane very kindly sent me the documents again gave me step by step instructions on how to save my pictures to print. Jane has been so patient and I have lonely prints. Just make a note of your order number as a reference.
I highly recommend this beautiful service.

I received my pet portrait & absolutely loved it.The detail was amazing,a real replicate of the photo of our dog Tia which I had sent off .I was so impressed that I ordered 2 for my sister in law of her dogs as a Christmas present .She loved them too.A great price for the service provided.

It is an amazing price and the quality of the print is fantastic. It was ready to download in just 2 days and has brought me an enormous amount of comfort

Wow, such amazing service and quick turnaround. I sent my photo in and received my portrait to print at home within days. 4 days later we lost our beautiful dog, which makes it more special.

Very efficient company sent a photo of my staffy and got the black& white portrait very happy . Noticed when it come his bandanna had been missed off . I thought it was because it was coloured. Mentioned it to them and sent another print through with it on no charge expected to pay again . Best customer service . Very quick service . And very quick to answer any problems highly recommend very happy customer 😊

I ordered 2 prints off the same picture not realising that you only need 1, so instead of keeping the money for nothing Jane emailed and told me and said they would do another print. I was very happy about this and ordered a print of my cat Bella who has passed.

My buster passed away Boxing day 2025, so it's still a bit raw for our family and I wanted something so deeply honoured for us in his memory cause he was our first dog and we had eleven years of joy and fun and memories that will last . This company did just that. They captured his character and all . So pleased with the digital pictures ... Delivery was next day via email ...
