The cab driver hur was very polite and catered to all our request

I traveled to Istanbul from New York City alone for dental treatment, and my family was very worried about me making such a big trip by myself, especially as a woman in a new country. From the moment I arrived at the airport, I felt incredibly well taken care of, and a big part of that was because of Ugur.

When he arrived to pick me up, he greeted me with a warm smile and let me know that he would be my driver for the entire week. I can’t explain how much relief that brought me, knowing I wouldn’t have to worry about having a different driver every day.

My transfer to the hotel was smooth, comfortable, and considerate, especially after such a long flight. Throughout the week, Ugur communicated with me daily and always gave me advance notice before arriving. After every dental appointment, he was right outside waiting for me. Having that familiar, friendly face waiting for me each day gave me such a sense of comfort, reassurance, and security.

His vehicle was always spotless, smelled wonderful, and was clearly prepared with his passengers’ comfort in mind. He drove confidently and smoothly, and somehow always seemed to know how to navigate Istanbul’s busy traffic! He was consistently polite, courteous, and professional. He offered me water, never smoked in the vehicle, and made a point of getting out to greet me each time. These little gestures may seem small, but they speak volumes about the kind of person he is.

Ugur is not just a great driver; he is a true gentleman who genuinely cares about the people he transports. His kindness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

I will be returning to Istanbul with my son and my best friend, and I will absolutely be requesting Ugur again. I’m hoping he will be available to take us sightseeing so we can experience more of Istanbul with someone we already know and trust.

Thank you, Ugur, for making me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while I was so far away from home. You helped ease my family’s worries and made my experience that much better. May God continue to bless you, and I truly hope to see you again soon!
