Súper buena experiencia, gracias por atender mis necesidades

I had some problems with my subscription but they helped me get a refund. Very nice staff and very responsive.

I was duped into a subscription here, maybe my own error. Thankfully I spoke to a very good agent who was very understanding & has unsubscribed me from Fancycorner. They take random amounts from an account so the bank can't do anything unless it comes to dispute which is a hassle.

Bad customer service. I have been waiting for my money back since February

Had a great experience dealing with the support. They are very efficient.

It is wrong how things are handled. As I didn't even signup for this. Only when I saw a huge amount deducted and not even for the item that was requested. I hope I won't get debited again.

I can't even remember the date.

I unsubscribed, after few days take 8€ payment from my credit card, even If I didn't bought nothing and cancel subscription!
they continue to take money from credit card!!!!

Bought a halo helmet for 9.99 and now got text stating got to pay 48.00 for it to clear customs for bank and cyber crimes involved

Complete scam, I had them cancel my subscription as I didn't know I had signed up to this site, only to have credit not money that they use to make purchases on the site that can not be refunded back, I placed a order on some random stuff as the credit expires only not to receive anything, it's been months, total fars and waste of time and money.

Good value and excellent customer service. I had a small problem cancelling my subscription but the staff sorted it really quickly and were very helpful.

Purchased a "dash cam" off this company, checked my emails to look at the delivery to read that I've paid for "credits". After checking my bank they took 2 separate amounts under 2 different company names, fancy corner shop and high TV products. I have raised a dispute with my bank and have received a refund

This is total scam. Offered treadmill on insta and took my money then sent me email to say I’d registered as a member ???? Monthly membership etc required I immediately cancelled said subscription they sent me a message stating they would cancel but didn’t refund my initial payment thankfully only 10quid but got bank involved so hopefully they will sort it

Bad,thot It was only one amount to pay £9.99 and then two days later they took another payment of £48.00,,and they won’t refund,,So bought a mirror and now I’m going to cancel my subscription,,would not recommend
