DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...ITS BEEN OVER 8 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER...THEY'VE TAKEN MY MONEY...BUT I HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANYTHING FROM THEM...THEY SAY IT WAS DELIVERED...BUT I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE...DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM...THEY GOT 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO N POST SOMETHING...FRAUD

wish i could give no stars!!!!!!!! said they resent items 2 times but never got anything and cant even get my money back!!!!!! horrible company scam and frauds!!!!!

I wish I read these reviews before I placed my order. This company is a complete scam and are refusing to issue me a refund for my orders I never received but they supposedly reshipped twice. I've made a complaint of them to my bank and am now disputing the transaction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a couch on June 3 2025 at 7am
It’s saying has been delivered have not received anything, I knew it was to good to be true , now I out $48 and I’m on social security disability , in need a couch and can’t afford it so when I saw this I jumped on it but in the back of my car I knew it was a scam but hoping not they are scamming people don’t know how they get away with it, asked for a refund and know response. Not much I can do but be out the money I’m glad I got a gift card and paid with that so they didn’t have my card numbers , I’m so angry but what can I do
I’m calling bins borrow and making a complaint

This company is a fraud don’t order from them , I ordered two sofas a then 18 days later , they said the sofas were delivered , I never had any deliveries . How is this company still in business , I asked for a refund an no reply . Terrible business , nothing but a scam to steal peoples money .

This place is a joke! Ordered and it says my package was delivered even though I received a fake tracking number and nothing was ever delivered!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!!

Don’t order from this company. Fancygifts.com. Nothing but a scam. They send fake tracking #s and will tell you your package was delivered and then repeat that 4 more times. I asked for a refund first they said no we will resend. And then when they said ok we will issue u a refund 1-2 weeks. It’s been over 8 weeks and now they said give it another 1-2 weeks. The order I placed was in February.

Fancysgift is a scam I paid for the shoe cabinet and I never got it. They answer my email with a BS customer service. The delivery company they say they use isn't real. I ask for a refund and I was told they don't give refunds. Do not use!

This is a horrible scam! Do not buy from them. Never received items purchased. No one to contact! Just don't do it!

Same here i ordered the sectional a month ago and never received it. Kept saying it was in my city but never made it to my home. I feel dumb as hell for believing they would correct it and waited another 2 weeks for the same outcome. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY its a scam for sure 💯💯💯
