A great company that bridges the gap between the Wellbeing of staffs and clients satisfaction. They present their staffs a platform for transformation and growth by ensuring upskilling in terms of trainings to meet up with the fast growing demands in the social care sector and enabling professionalism in carrying out their duties. There was a time last year when i was on a shift at a cygnet hospital i don't know what actually happened that made the management to cancel the shifts of all the agencies staffs that day. Fortunately i was the only agency "Frank&partners" staff retained that day with the swift intervention and response of. Mr Matthew Ogunmuyiwa. His dignity and that of the agency "Frank&partners" missions, and quality service provisions was acknowledged. Hence the need for positive continuation of the management is imperative.
Thank you.

Frank and Partners have made life very easy for me by allowing us have a flexible schedule and treating staff like family members and that's why I enjoy working with them especially Jazib, who goes to any length to ensure my needs are met and he doesn't care about the time I reach out to him he is always willing to help and even when its not within his reach he will go the extra mile to make sure I get what I want.

We had some short term staffing issues and we used Frank and Partners. We have used many agencies over the last few years... Frank and Partners in my opinion have been amazing. They took the time to understand our needs, got to know the management team and ensured the staff sent to us had the correct skills. Frank and his team have been amazing and if anyone is looking for staffing over Christmas or has recruitment issue, i can confirm Frank and Partners are the team you need

Jess and Nicola are quite frankly amazing. They have been able to assist us over the holiday season, with staff absences nearly every week. 3pm or 3am they will both do everything to cover shifts for us and ensure the right staff are sent to the job. We cannot thank you all enough for assisting us, we look forward to continuing to work with such professionals who understand our business needs.
