Great customer service. They replied to me right way and resolved the issue without hesitation.

This is my 2nd Fanhao garden hose nozzle. Extremely well made but both succumbed under 2 years to a failed bottom rubber trigger seal. It would seem peculiar to build such a robust item and not provide a spare bottom seal.

The homily "Don't spoil the ship for a halfpenny of tar" comes to mind. Good item let down by the failure of a small rubber seal.

I read reviewers writing that this hose is so sturdy it must surely last for years and years. It won't!

Great quality garden hose nozzles. I did have one minor problem with one and contacted customer service. They were prompt and courteous and generously sent me a replacement.

Terrible service been waiting on a new item to replace the second defective item. now 4 weeks and no item and now they are ignoring my emails.

Bought £30 hose attachment via Amazon , broke within days . Contacted manufacturer and no reply

Fanhao hose nozzle. It seems to be a fairly new company and the product I have, a garden hose nozzle, feels very robust and good quality metal rather than plastic. Action is super smooth and sprays the garden well. The narrow and long setting allows very precise watering at around 5 metres!

I had a query and Sophia at Customer Services went ‘way beyond’ what I’d usually expect in order to help me. Many thanks indeed.
