Bestelling ging niet helemaal in een keer goed, maar vervanging was snel geregeld en opgestuurd.

Mini’s were great. One spear was a bit bent but nothing some heat couldn’t fix. One of the basas was missing the stone for the mini to put its foot on but I decided to craft it myself instead of asking them to send me that one base separate. So all in all i’ve had a great experience.

De mini die ik bestel had was erg netjes en veilig verpakt. Ondanks dat het een hele kleine mini was, had hij zeer goed detail en een strakke afwerking. Op 2 puntjes zat een heel klein braampje, wat er met een mesje makkelijk af te halen was en daarna niet meer te zien was. Denk dat dat onvermijdelijk is bij het print proces en ook geen kritiek, alleen even ter volledigheid over het hoge niveau van de afwerking. Er zat ook nog een leuke persoonlijke toevoeging bij van de mensen van de website. Wat mij betreft echt een aanrader en mocht ik nog eens op zoek moeten naar een losse mini, dan ga ik gelijk weer naar Fantasy Prints.

The quality of the printed miniatures is really good.

There was a print artefact in one of the miniatures, so they replaced it without questions and additional hassle.

Goede service goede duidelijke site. En bovenal mooie gedetailleerde miniaturen. Ga zeker vaker iets bestellen.

The prints had a lot of nice detail, was surprised my order had surplus miniatures in it but was missing one mini i ordered. I contacted their customer service and they were very nice, offered to print the missing mini right away and the surplus was a gift for the long delivery time.

The scale on some humanoid models seemed a little inconsistent, but i never checked the product page later if this was their intention. The monsters came out absolutely beautiful.

They always have amazing service. The prints turn out beautifull and they are a wonderfull addition to any table.

There were many issues with my order (an order of 10+ minis). Three were printed in a different type than chosen, one was missing and I had received a few extra unordered minis. However, after reaching out to fantasyprints, they replied within 30 minutes to tell me they would fix it and print the correct ones asap. With the free reprint I had yet again received some extra minis, along with the fixes of the errors of the initial order. So eventually I had received my entire order along with a lot of extra minis due to the fast and great response of fantasyprints. It may not have been perfect the first time, but they tried their best to fix the order asap. Moreover, the minis I had received look gorgeous. Have to give them 5/5

Excellent products. Second time ordering and super happy with the result. Now to destroy the wonderful skulpts with my painting skills.
