Faraday Property Management and Building Surveying レビュー 

Awful. Have been with them for ~5 years, and when you think the property managers cant get any worse... they let you down again. Not responsive. No accountability. They don't do any of the maintenance they say they will. They don't pay bills on time. They don't reply to emails. They don't answer questions clearly. They don't follow up on maintenance contracts... For example, we haven't had a working lift in one of our blocks since January (6 months!) and despite many requests for them to arrange a call with the engineers, they still havent. The directors have tried to call the engineers directly, but are powerless as the contract is with Faraday.

I was hopeful with recent leadership changes, but nothings has improved. Avoid.

Not fit for purpose. Despite contacting Faraday multiple times over several months regarding serious issues in my building, I have received zero concrete response. They are happy to collect service charges but completely ignore their obligations as managing agent. Avoid at all cost !!!!

I am a property owner in a building managed by Faraday. I have been trying for some weeks to get an issue resolved, with no success. Despite in-company obstacles, Edward Hewitt, Accounts Assistant, was eventually able to resolve the matter (with input from Claire Newbrook). I received exemplary customer service from Edward, who was approachable, helpful and happy to pursue the problem until it was resolved. Edward's attitude to customer service is not one that I have experienced from all at Faraday, unfortunately, hence three stars, although he and Claire deserve five.

Eirini Karypi is a very knowledgeable professional that always delivers. She actively listens, stays calm and provides excellent service.
It's the first time in years that we are finally working with such a great property manager.

The ongoing experience has been and is that we are in trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient hands.. that if Stewart Hawkins is at the helm and Claire Newbrook is on the ground then all will be resolved in the best possible way. I just personally had a 2 hour zoom discussion with Claire on a Friday evening … who does that!?!?

Avoid this property management company like the plague. They are unprofessional and have little respect for the property owners and the occupying tenants. They do not want to be accountable for their actions and refuse to accept any form of criticism. This is a problem at all levels of the company not just at the lower levels. Managing agents in general do not tend to have a good reputation and this one certainly doesn't buck that trend. Avoid.

Contractor attended at the time that had been arranged and completed the work to a high standard. Extremely pleased.

Steven Du has responded promptly, courteously and efficiently on two recent issues which I needed to contact him about. He kept me informed and also followed up on whether I was satisfied with the outcome.

Answer: YES. They endlessly promise to do things and then don’t. They’re too stupid to realise that, in promising to do things and then not delivering, they are LYING. Saying you will provide a service and then not providing it is THEFT. Avoid like the plague if you want to retain your sanity.

Extraordinarily diligent and professional service over many years from Stewart Hawkins in the Building Surveying department.

Faraday used to be great till recently, now they are hopeless.

Property agent is unavailable most of the time.

Took 1 month to issue a new parking permit. (I got fined for £60 because of it)

Illegal Airbnb has been running in the building for months but property agent hasn't visited that flat yet.

Do not recommend.

In the process of selling our property, I consulted Samantha on various issues. Samantha Fletcher at Faraday is the best ever , She provides us with a brilliant and very professional service.

Probably one of the better agents in the Central London area, still had contractors coming out during the Covid lockdown, responded to emails and phone calls even when their office were closed, and they were working remotely 1st class service.
