This site is a scam, booked a flight and got a call from a Kyle Slater, saying that it was not confirmed and asking me for more money to get the flight confirmed, close to $300 extra, told him that would not work for me and asked for a refund, he said they would not give refunds, a total scam save yourself trouble and buy from a different company, January 31th

Farebuddies are not to be trusted, I was told my flight was full and I needed to fine another flight. Grace contacted me, she said she found a flight nonstop which was a lie. The itinerary was not what I wanted, because I didn't read and was taking her word for what she was saying, I agree. The plane was scheduled to leave JAX at 655pm to LV layover in LV 11pm arrive in SAT 433am, These people are not to be trusted. Make sure you read what is being said. Grace should be fired for taking advantage of a senior citizen.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM !!!!!!
They advertise low fares and won't confirm the tickets and then the agent will call you on the phone and try to oversell the ticket with higher rates than advertised mostly 40-50% more than their website.

Here is the catchphrase "We confirmed part of the ticket with the airline and the fare is not available for the whole trip, can we upgrade the cabin and let you know the rates" The rates would be very high compared to the ones advertised. Please don't fall for it. They even will try to charge your card higher than the advertised prices. Never even try them.

SCAM Alert.. sells low fare.. then throws you on a wait-list and doesn't allow for cancellation. Then sends you to an Indian call center to try to upsell you a 'guaranteed' seat. Ridiculous. Run the heck away!!

They are awful! They take your money and then they say the airline doesn't have the ticket with the price you paid for and they ask for more money to get you a seat. The put you in a situation that you have no other choice. Will NEVER book with them again. I am on a call with them now and God knows where we end up with them!!

HORRIBLE!!! FAKE!!! SCAM!!! They wheel you in with cheap tickets, then send you a confirmation email saying booking not yet confirmed but wait for a phone call, then they call you and try to upsell you so there is no discount. Move your date, upgrade to the “main” cabinet, change your destination, ect, then take your fair times 2. When I tried to cancel the whole thing realizing this was a scam they put me on hold charge my CC the full amount and say they cancelled and my de for cancelling (in 30 minutes) is the full cost of the plane tickets!!! Luckily I have fraud protection and will be reporting them to BBB!!! SAVE YOURSELF - STAY AWAY FROM FAIR BUDDIES!!!

Scam site - "booked" a flight and of course the flight was non existent - they had my credit card info so I IMMEDIATELY cancelled that card and was told by the credit card fraud rep that they had tried 2 unauthorized purchases on my deactivated card ... the first one was within minutes of my "booking" transaction trying to link my CC account to a Microsoft Store account which wasn't mine .... you WILL NOT get your flight from this fraudulent site.

Booked a flight and then told my flight out was only standby and I would have to pay hundred's more. Nothing on the website or proof of payment said anything about my flight not being confirmed. This is clearly a bate and switch. It is fraud.

Farebuddies are THIEVES. They are synonymous with armed robbers. After making reservations for three tickets at a cost of $864 on Monday, January 6, 2025, I received a phone call from one Samuel Green telling me that I bought "promotional tickets" and could not get the tickets at that cost. In addition, he said I wouldn't be able to check luggage, even at the airport, which I didn't mind. He then offered a solution that changed my flights to $1,872. He told me if I wanted to cancel the tickets altogether, we would not get a refund. He said they would not refund the $864 even if I canceled and that my best option would be to let them find an alternative. He later called back and informed me he got another offer for $1,752. He instructed me to accept that offer and sent me the booking. He then said I should reply to that email and accept the changes with a copy/picture of my credit card, blurring the card number except the last 4 digits. They kept me on the call for 1 hour and 12 minutes. I felt like they put a gun to my head. Later that night at 11:19 PM, a lady named Riley James from their team called me and said she wanted me to give them a review and that she would be on the call with me to do that. I got extremely angry. I wonder why and how they should still be in business here in the United States. THESE GUYS ARE CRIMINALS!

Scam - "Booked" flight and received a call back the next day that the flights were not available. Called back the next day saying I needed to pay more and travel on a different schedule.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Bought a round-trip ticket with layovers. Company called me about 5 minutes after the purchase. I was then informed that all tickets were one-way tickets on standby. They informed me that they had not purchased any tickets yet and started to offer me other options that were unacceptable to my plans.

I went through people asking for a refund, which they would not provide even though I did not yet have a round-trip ticket, as they were trying to sell me other options.

Finally, I did end up with a ticket for $232 more than I would have paid if I went straight to the airline!!!!

They made you sign in an email that you accepted the new ticket/price before even buying the ticket.

But less than losing all the money they had already taken from me!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE!!!!!IT IS TOTALLY A SCAM! YOU CAN NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!!NOT SURE IF I'M EVEN GETTING MY AIRLINE TICKET OR NOT!!!!!!

Don’t use this bullshit website. You never get the tickets and they attempt to book you on additional flights at a ridiculous new price.

This is a totally SCAM website. They show you a price, you pay and then they will never be able to give you a ticket. All they do is keep changing you to different airlines and/or routes and all via emails. I am sure they don't even have any connection with any airline. They are scammers sitting offshore somewhere and when you call, they will tell you they are in Baltimore or Chicago.
Please beware of the fake reviews here.. all calling "Mr XX or Miss YY" was awesome etc. These are all fake reviews for sure. They don;t even have any Non Asian employee to begin with :).
Absolutely stay away and never ever share your credit card info on their website

This site is a scam. They advertise cheap fare and take your credit card. They issue bogus email about booking with ref. Number which is fake. Since that Ref number is not from web site.

After few hours they call you and force you to buy other
cheap airlines basic ticket with expensive price then advertise and even more price then actual airlines web site. They generally add their commission of about $100 by scaming you and take your money with different data and also tyr to scam with different far airport. Like instead EWR they give you option as JFK. and say this is only available for you. IF you say no you will loose all your money.

One of my friend just got scammed by these guys.

Stay away from these scammers.
