100% scam. Luckily, I caught on in time, but they might have my info, dob, phone, email etc. they werent bonded by ABTA OR ATOL. 'Bonded by. EMEIA' also scam. .png always scam. I rang before paying re seat number and baggage. No answer. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Farecomparedotcom is the head of all the scam websites like viaflights.uk scammers,all of these companies registered with fake address in company house advertising cheaper prices but after you book fraudsters with fake english name from indian call centre will call you saying this is promotional price, you have to pay extra or if you are not agreed they will charge a cancellation fee of £150 which is fraud and against UK consumer law act which you should not agree just hangup report to action fraud (Cybercrime) online and claim chargeback back or section 75 if its credit card.we got our full refund within 5 days.

Be vigilant i have checked myself that these scam websites are filtered and not available in Google flights,cheapflightscouk,kayak or skyscanner.

Please be extra careful before you make payment.don't just blame these scammers its everyone's fault for not researching before paying.

I was SCAMMED. This site does not filter scammer companies. Lost over 1200 with TRAVE ALLIANCE. Thought I had tix and the day before the flight, when checking in, TRAVE ALLIANCE called the airline to get a refund, took our money, didn't tell us, took our money and still no refund!!!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! this company needs reporting and shutting down, what they are doing is fraud and illegal. Advertising a certain flight and price, then the next day they ring you after taking your money and say this flight is no longer available and try to put you on a different flight (not direct which is really difficult as we are with a baby), or they charge you an extra £500 per ticket for the flight you booked. Biggest scam ever, never use this website!

They give you a price on line that is great. THEY NEVER TELL YOU NO BAGS OF ANY KIND. We place a purchase for a two week trip after the confirmation they called to review once they stared with all the restriction typical no cancelation not alteration then no bags of any kind. The site dies not say that.

I really recommend Fare Compare, I was looking for prices and a I got cheaper than other web sites.

SCAM！I went through this booking process and want to tell you this is scam.farecompare direct you to another website"Terifasodeal". After 10 hours, one of people call ne and he was shouting at me saying they will charge me 300 USD or charge me full price but only give me Guangzhou to Hong Kong ticket and won't give me Hong Kong to Toronto ticket. Wow! Kind like kidnap and ask for money! Don't try! I lock my credit card because this terrible experience!

Everyone on here with a bad review is telling the truth. You search a flight, find a remarkably low fare, click on "book it" and then find out that fare doesn't really exist. Thank god I could cancel my hotel reservations based on my flight. After 6 hours I hadn't received my flight confirmation so I called the so-called company (Faresquest) that allegedly booked it and they told me my fare was "no longer available" and the cost was now more than double what I was going to pay. They claim they've called you when they never do which is their excuse to cancel your rez. Strangely, I went back to this website, searched my same trip and the same fake price is still coming up! If they try to charge my card, not only will I dispute with Visa, I'll press charges for theft.

It was poorly managed from start to finish. The activities were not well planned, with frequent delays and a lack of clear instructions. The guide was unenthusiastic and seemed uninterested in engaging with the group. The equipment provided was outdated and in poor condition, which affected the overall safety and enjoyment of the activities. The tour fell short of expectations and felt like a half-hearted attempt at adventure.

Being a travel company we did an agreement in which it clearly says that we cancel the service, we are having our wallet balance of $4000 and now if we want to cancel the service they are not processing our refund for our wallet balance , the same was not mentioned anywhere that wallet balance will not be refunded in case of cancellation. the same has been escalated multiple times with there support staff and they are not helping out in any which ways and my money is struck with them from past 3 months .. BIG TIME SCAM ...

I booked a flight, then saw an email that it was canceled. I called and was told that I didn't pick up their call when I had to and thereby lost my reservation. I didn't find a voicemail from them when I checked. It was also a real challenge to make out the words the representative was saying.

They are crooked they steel money from costumers they put low air fair on their website and they call you a day after to say the flight is not available for that price but they can book you on a more expensive one while they are still selling the same cheap ticket to others

Think I got scammed twice! Booked 2 flights to Japan with CC, no response no contact $1300 what to do??????
