My agent was Alex. He was the best hands down. He was professional, courteous, and understanding. He called in just to check to see if I boarded the plane then called to make sure that I landed safely.When I had any question or needed any info he helped me no problem.

Not a reliable source. Most likely a scammer company. We tried booking with them and they claimed they had vouchers they would give us the day of our departure. Not to mention that we had to pay the amount a COUPLE DAYS BEFORE WE LEFT WHEN OTHER COMPANIES IVE BOOKED WITH WOULD HAVE US PAY THE DAY WE WOULD BOOK OUR TICKETS!! When we went to the airline and tried to get our tickets no such reservation existed. We told them if they don’t refund us what we paid we would take legal action to which they did refund us reluctantly because I’m sure they don’t want any problems. They are definitely not living in the United States like they claimed to be and they’re definitely not who they say they are. Please check before you book with a company such as farefounder.

Alejandro is a very polite and courteous travel agent work with the client all through out the entire travel He is a company Asset they should keep him and give him a raise for doing an “EXCELLENT “ job
I think the company needs to work on the client return flights as i read on others review we also got the same SCENARIO flight got cancelled saying we’re not on that flight and the airline even tell me that if we want to be on that flight i need to pay them according to the airline SR on the phone , and Alejandro work tirelessly to get us in that original itinerary flight and give the accommodation we needed for my spouse has medical challenges Will definitely use the same website to book our future travel if it’s Alejandro who will handle the itinerary this guy is really FANTASTIC!

My agent was Alex. He was the best hands down. He was professional, courteous, and understanding. I traveled with my family..so my small 4 children. He got me a fantastic price atleast 1k less. He understood we needed to travel in the afternoon and not mornings. Booked me an amazing flight in the afternoon and it met all our needs. Then we unfortunately had a cancelation for our return flight and Alex worked all night it seemed to make sure we had a flight back home...even bumped us to business class. 5stars to Alex he is hard working agent. Thank you so much. I will definitely use your company again.

I was hesitant at first since I was not booking hesitant with the airline, but the experience turned out to be great. They booked me on a major airline, communicated costantly throughout the process, and made sure everything was set for my trip. I am glad I used them and would consider doing so again in the future. Alex provided excellent customer service!

Alejandro was wonderful. Any issues I had, I was able to get a hold of him and he fixed the problem. He was patient and answered all my questions. He also explained what I was to do, step by step. This customer service was amazing.

I must give Farefounder praise. Customer service representative went above and beyond to insure my flight. He called prior to flight to Vegas and before returning flight. I booked flight at last minute for boxing match in Las Vegas. Other companies and airlines quoted me triple the fair from Farefounders. I’m going to use them to book all my flights. Cant beat the customer service experience. Service, price and quality A++

Roberto was great! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful through every step of the process when I had questions. I was super nervous at first - how could this good of a deal on flights be real?! But, they were and our trip was great! Will definitely be working with Roberto for future travel.

I’ll be honest with the scans and things going on I was really nervous about using a 3rd party app BUT, he literally walked me through every process and made sure all of my doubts were answered!
