Donna, you are way too generous with your review. You did, however, fail to mention how we originally delivered to the wrong address.
Your kindness when we discussed the issue over the phone was appreciated more than you could imagine, your review even more so. This middle-aged florist has been fighting the lurgy for ten days and your kindness/review have really brightened up the day for me.
The original flowers were fresh too :) Something we pride ourselves on is never having flowers in the shop for longer than forty-eight hours. This doesn't mean there aren't, on occasion, issues - flowers are a living thing - so if there was to be any kind of issue with them, please do not hesitate in reaching out to me.

Moonstones prepared a casket spray for my dad's funeral. They promised spring flowers in whites, blues and lemons and they were absolutely beautiful. I was delighted with the flowers I ordered so was the person who received them. I ordered on line & when I picked them up they were larger than I expected & full of flowers not all greenery like some bouquets.
The flowers were very fresh.The lady I collected them from was very helpful. I have used this florist a few times & have always been very pleased. Highly recommend
