Booked a flight with them for 800$ and, as soon as I paid, I got a call from them saying there was a “glitch in the system” and my ticket was actually 1006$. Definitely a bait and switch scam. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was ridiculous. Don’t book with this company

Bought a round-trip ticket for $250 and they called demanding that i pay an additional $193 to confirm a reservation that have already been BOOKED! ABSOLUTE SCAM AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB, ASAP!!

Hidden costs, they wanted to charge me$250.00 to edit my name on ticket. I didn’t have my passport at time I booked and needed to add a middle name. Also when I booked my flight they called me to tell me that flights “special fare” was no longer available and told me that time or price was no longer available and charged me over $100.00 to book a different time. I checked with the airline direct and there were seats available on my initial booking and then had to pay additional fees for assigned seats. Lesson learned if it sounds too good it’s a scam.Never ever use this sight!!!

This was a horrid experience. If I could give a negative rating I would. The 'expert' agent took complete advantage of my husband's slight confusion about his reservation and cheated him completely, both on a doubled price of his ticket and we then had to drive 170 miles over 2 mountain ranges to get him to the airport for a flight that should have left from our small airport.
When I called and asked for a supervisor I did not get a return phone call and had to call again. The 'supervisor' I got was completely unhelpful.
We travel a fair amount and will NEVER EVER use this company again.

Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete lack of communication followed but complete refusal to admit fault, hilarious to deal with these people but not worth your time on vacation

"Do not fall for these scammers". Showed a price online, booked the ticket, payed for it (also payed 9.99 also for free 24x 7 cancellation). Got a call from India saying that my ticket did not go thru and I have to pay an extra $200 for a $800 ticket to confirm or pay a cancellation fee of $75. Not worth your time.

I will NEVER book with Faresjourney.com again. After selecting my flights and paying. I received an email to call them back. I call back; and am told that I need to pay an additional $275 dollars to secure a flight that isn't a self-transfer and to have my bags checked through to my final destination. For context this took my $680 flight to $918. I told the agent, " I purchased travel insurance, I'll just cancel my ticket and book elsewhere." He replied, "That will cost you $70, and you will need to provide medical proof for needing to cancel." He continued to prompt me to pay the additional fees, but he could give me a discount of $25.00 so I only need to pay $250. I told the agent I was waiting for my confirmation number so I could upgrade my seats with my airline, he said he would send that once I agree to pay the $250. That I can check with my airlines and see that he is giving me the best deal possible. I told him I could book the flight through numerous other websites for $704, he said "Go ahead and try, it's not possible. These prices are for advertisement only." Then while trying to book through the airline directly he kept prompting me to authorize him to charge my card, continuing to say "Ma'am it's not possible. You will not be able to book that flight for less than the price I have given you." After booking directly with the airline he made me provide my confirmation numbers to him and said, "See you did it again, you book another self-transfer flight." I then reached out to the airline, and they confirmed I do not have a self-transfer flight. My bags will be checked to the final destination and the baggage fee is $0.00. It's been over an hour, and I am still waiting for my cancelation email. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else.

Never book a flight with them, theyll call you after 5 minutes to tell you to add $280 because “basic economy sold out” and well try to change your flight details
In 10 minutes phone call the representative tried to fool me 3 times
Pay close attention to dates they send you to confirm after you book
Simply dont book!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this booking company. After booking and paying $850 for a service, I received an email stating that the fare had changed and the price was now $1,300. This price increase came after I had already completed the payment via credit card.

This is not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. Once a payment is made, the agreed price should be honored, and any changes should be clearly communicated upfront before any transactions are processed. This company’s actions feel dishonest and unprofessional, and I will not be using their services again.

I expect a refund of the difference or a resolution that respects the initial agreed-upon price.

I have booked flights for work and leisure countless times and I am usually skeptical about travel agencies. But this time I decided to give them a try after a friend recommended them. Ron was exceptional. They guided me through the entire booking process and found me a ticket that was almost $200 cheaper than what I saw on other sites. I am a loyal customer now.

Traveling can be stressful but my experience with this service made it so much easier. I needed to change my flight last minute due to an emergency and Harry handled it like a pro. They found me a flight within minutes and even helped with some tips for navigating the airport. Best service I have had in a long time and I will be booking with them for future trips.

I had recently purchased an airline ticket for my father and spoke with agent named Aaron. He made recommendations that would benefit me and cost efficient. However, family issues came up and I found myself having to make changes to my father's flight. I was uncertain of what the fees and penalties but Aaron provided options and went above and beyond in trying to help me in the best way possible. I was satisfied with the outcome. If you need travel assistance, he is your guy. I will for sure be contacting Aaron for future travel assistance. I highly recommend him!

They are true scammers; I don't know how the law enforcement people don't pay attention to them. They offer low prices without warning you that these are tickets that doesn't include any baggage. When you make the payment, they come back to you asking you to pay a huge amount for the baggage, otherwise , you lost your money. Be carful of these thieves.

I fly mostly international and have particular departure needs as well as airline, aircraft and seat preferences.

Shawn gave me the flights from MCO to ORD which on first time i dislike but he gave me benefits which i need in my budget wishing best for his future.

John you really made my day with great deals in flight hope i will contact again for my future travel.

NOT TRUE! They did charge my credit card thru Sun Country with MY credit card... They did not charge on Faresjourney. I recommend not using them at ALL. They are a scam to say the least. Cindy Greenfield
