Your employees were professional, helpful, and
understanding as I deal with a family emergency. On 2/16 employee Max, assisted in changing my flight from March to Feb. next week. When my nephew took a turn for the worse overnight, employee Hank Smith, one again assisted in changing flight for tomorrow 2/18..life emergencies are unexpected and your employees are so helpful in assisting customers during these heartbreaking times. Keep these services and your professional employees.

Peter Thompson and Leo Drake did an amazing job setting up my intinerary and made this trip a wonderful experience.I was concerned at first that things would go awry but these guys were very patient with me and my girlfriend and assured us that everything would be fine and it was!I know holidays are rough planning a getaway at this popular time of year but this team made my trip a knock out of the park!

Mason was most helpful with helping me recover my reference number for a cruise that I purchased for my family in May 2025. I was starting to worry that I had been scammed, but I was transferred to Mason to not only spoke perfect English, but was very polite and helped me recover my reference number and answered all of my questions regarding boarding the cruise line, services provided, and helping me know what identification I needed to provide upon arrival.

completely incompetent! it took a full week to confirm a booking, then I had 2 confirmed bookings with the airline (same date of travel, 2 different flights). They also used my credit card carelessly and it had to be cancelled because it was charged for somebody else's travel. i have asked repeatedly for the 'terms' of the ticket and for a refund for taxes that I was charged twice - I still have no terms in writing and no refund for the overpayment of taxes. They never commit to anything they say on the phone in an email. my credit card and the airline has confirmed they are a legitimate agent and my ticket is good. so ya.......... legit yes, competent and trustworthy no!!

Peter Thompson was the best sales agent I have ever had in my life! He was so knowledgeable and very kind and polite. He went above and beyond to take care of all of my needs. I definitely recommend Just Fly to everyone out there!
