Excellent quality thobes. Fais was very helpful with my queries and provided great customer service.

My go to store for men’s and boys thobes. The quality is just brilliant and thobes from other stores just cannot compare to the Faris quality. The fit, style, everything is always perfect. Brilliant customer service too.

I have used Faris thobes for a very long time now, my first thobe purchase was back in 2013. I have never really had any issues until my recent purchase.
I ordered several thobes, 1 of them being slightly wider than others although they were all labelled same size. This may have possibly been a sizing error.
I contacted them via email about the issue and to my suprise, i had a response and a resolution within minutes. They went to great lengths to put things right in my opinion. They sent another one out same day, emailed me a free returns label and advised me to send the defected one back once i was satisfied.
This was an example of outstanding service and the reason why Faris is my number one go to place for my thobes, and has been for many years.
Great quality thobes, brilliant design, reasonably priced and when errors happen, exceptional service to put things right.

Contrary to some of the reviews I've had a good experience with Faris. Shipped very quickly and the issues were resolved in a very timely and professional matter. The quality seems good.

Very poor experience with this company.
The customer service was rude, dismissive and completely lacking basic manners. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they were defensive and unprofessional.
The quality of the thobes was also disappointing and did not match expectations based on the description and images.
To make matters worse, they attempted to charge a restocking fee even though the items were returned within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period under UK law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, retailers must refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) and cannot apply restocking fees in these circumstances.
Overall, this felt misleading and unfair. I would not recommend this company and advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Quality has gone downhill. They have obviously made budget cuts in their quality. Few years back their thobes were lovely and soft and nice fit. Now the exact same thobe comes wider fit so baggy and material is all plasticy. Also the sleeves are wider too. So they've definitely gone downhill even the packaging has narrowed very slightly. They said something about new management takeover. So obviously these lot want to sell quantity not quality.

No customer service. You get a nice thobe but if you have any issues, good luck getting through to anyone, returns not possible and they don't reply to their emails. Would look elsewhere.

Customer service is absolutely appalling, they state on their refund policy items can be returned within 14 days and to request a return label on email which I have done so 3 times and I have had no response. They provide no contact number, I will not be using them again and will inform family and friends not to do so either.

We provided you with a free returns label to send the return back to us, but unfortunately you had already chose to return the package to us - even though we advised you upon your initial email that we would resolve this issue for you without you having to incur any costs.

Once again we apologise for the delay in response due to the Ramadan period.

In regards to your refund, once again we would like to confirm a full refund will be applied including your postage costs of £43.99.

Unfortunately we are unable to reverse a payment on excess to what was received as requested.

Please be careful before you order the customer service is so bad. Some of the things come
Up smaller and they expect you to pay for returns even if they have made a fault . Apparently they don’t have the means to pay back the for the returns as the company doesn’t allow it . Customer service awful and use Islam as a way to back their faults
